2. UPOWAŻNIENIE należy wydrukować dwustronnie w trzech (3) egzemplarzach.
3. UPOWAŻNIENIE należy podpisać przez osobę/osoby upoważnione do reprezentacji, zgodnie z
dokumentami założycielskimi firmy (np. rejestrem handlowym, Krajowym Rejestrem Sądowym
etc.).
