The Cyclops were a group of mythical Greek giants and they

Hi Bartek,
Disneyland sounds fantastic! Last weekend, I visited Alton
Towers theme park with my parents. My little sister, Abigail,
stayed with my grandma because she’s only three years old, but
my brother Michael came with us. He’s seven, so my mum took
him on the children’s rides, like the merry-go-rounds, while my
dad and I went on the big roller coasters. They were amazing!
We all met up at lunchtime and visited Mutiny Bay together. There
was a pirate ship there, some water rides and an aquarium – Michael
loved it! After that, we had lunch. At home, we usually have
sandwiches, but today was a special day so we ordered burgers. Dad
said it was too cold to eat ice cream, though!

VISIT STONEHENGE
The UK’s most famous
ancient monument!
Cawdor Castle is in Scotland.
It is famous because it appears
in the play Macbeth by William
Shakespeare. Parts of the castle
are over 600 years old, but the
Cawdor family still live there
today. Visitors can see the
beautiful gardens and forest as
well as visit the castle itself.
