Apply for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Research Fellowship At the Institute for the Study of Societies and Knowledge, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences SOFIA, BULGARIA The Institute for the Study of Societies and Knowledge (ISSK) at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences is open to participate as a host organization in the following types of actions under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships Call: MSCA-IF-EF-ST (Standard European Fellowships) MSCA-IF-EF-CAR (Career Restart Panel) MSCA-IF-EF-RI (Reintegration Panel) MSCA-IF-EF-GF (Global Fellowships) The ISSK brings together the best traditions of the three institutes that were united in 2010: The Institute for Philosophical Research, The Institute of Sociology, and of The Centre for Science Studies and History of Science. The mission of the Institute is to ensure the highest quality scientific research in the fields of social sciences and philosophy, as well as to popularize scientific knowledge and participate in the public dialogue on pressing social issues. The Institute is a member of numerous national and international research networks, projects and actions, including the European Social Survey, the European Consortium for Sociological Research, a number of Horizon 2020 projects and COST actions. The ISSK is pleased to announce that three of our award-winning researchers are looking for candidates interested in developing projects in the following fields: Ontology, Epistemology, Process Philosophy, Applied Philosophy (Supervisor: Prof. DSc. Nonka Bogomilova, [email protected], see CV here) Eligible researchers who wish to cooperate with ISSK for the submission of a project proposal under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowships should send their expression of interest to Dr. Dona Pickard ([email protected]) and Dr. Rosen Lutskanov ([email protected]). Expressions of interest should include: - A one-page summary of their research proposal; - A short CV; - References (Optional) Expressions of interest must be submitted by 11 July, 2016. Candidates will be informed about the results of the pre-selection by July 15, 2016.
