Registration desk will be open on Monday, June 21st, 2004 from 1400 to
2200 in the main hall of Sanatorium.
Telephone number of reception: (0-54) 416 70 10.
Breakfasts, lunches, suppers will be served from June 21st, 2004 (supper)
to June 25th, 2004 (breakfast).
Attention! Conference fee include also possibility to visit pool and sauna.
Transportation
Special bus to Ciechocinek at 1500, from Faculty of Chemical and Process
Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology, Waryñskiego Str. 1, Warszawa.
June 21st, 2004, conference room No. 171 on the I floor in Faculty of Chemical
and Process Engineering, Waryñskiego Str. 1, Warszawa (place indicated on
city map) will be open from 900 to 1500. It will be possible to leave the baggage
and visit Warsaw.

We appreciate the back information concerning the way of your arrival, especially as you
intend to use the special bus.
Presentations

• Poster presentation: – dimensions: 100x120 cm;
– contents: title, authors, affiliation, introduction,
results, conclusion, principal references.
Each participant will receive a copy of the Conference proceedings.
After the meeting additional copies will be available in the Institute of Nuclear
Chemistry and Technology (Dorodna Str. 16, 03-195 Warszawa, Poland).
On the Conference will be accessible the book (volume I and II) of J. Thyn and R. Zitny (see
attached material).
