Dear Friends,
We would like to invite you, especially youth, to Lednica Youth Celebration VIII on June 17, 2012. For
the eighth time we will gather at St.
Rosalie parish at 4401 N. Oak Park
Ave. in Harwood Heights, IL.
“Love will find you” is a theme of
this year’s Celebration, which will be
devoted entirely to the Divine Mercy.
Together, we will send a spark of
Divine Mercy, we will contemplate
the image of Divine Mercy, sing the
Chaplet of Mercy and immerse ourselves in Mercy of God.
We are very happy that Francis
Cardinal George, O.M.I., the shepherd of Archiocese of Chicago will
connect with us spiritually. Bishop
Andrew P. Wypych will represent His
Eminence during our Celebration and
will read Cardinal’s letter addressed
to the participants gathered at St.
Rosalie parish. We are very grateful
to His Eminence for His blessing and
spiritual presence and very grateful
to Bishop Wypych for accepting our

education, and peaceful action. Beginning on the vigil of
the Feasts of St. John Fisher and St. Thomas More - two
great martyrs who remained faithful in the face of political
persecution - these fourteen days from June 21 to July 4
are dedicated as a great hymn of prayer for our country.
Religious freedom is a right that must be safeguarded and

action, we hope to remind ourselves and others in the

ON SUNDAY, JUNE 24th, 2012
Festivities begin promptly at 2:00 p.m. with the
celebration of the Mass at the Church of St. Francis Borgia
(at 8033 W. Addison Street in Chicago)
A procession accompanied by the "Banda Siciliana" will follow
immediately after Mass.
The celebration will conclude with a tasty 'buffet' in the
Fr. Stokes Center at St. Francis Borgia after the procession.
