The Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant is on Olkiluoto Island, which is on the shore of the Gulf
of Bothnia in the municipality of Eurajoki in western Finland. It is one of Finland\\\\\\\'s
two nuclear power plants. The plant is owned and operated by Teollisuuden Voima
(TVO). TVO is having the OL3 Nuclear Power Plant built by Areva and Siemens
consortium and several of their subcontractors. We are now looking for the Electrical
Coordination Leader to work for our client company based in OL3 site.

Zadania

Electrical Coordination Leader reports directly to the EBNI Construction Manager.
Identification, reporting and coordination of Non Conformances, deviation form
contract/design/processes and define corrective actions to Engineering and Project
Manager and/or Company, and/or Client
Developing and maintaining consistent document management procedures and
standards (IAEA, INSAG, KTA, YVL, ISO, NSQ100)
Maintaining for the daily Quality Assurance/Quality Control planning and leads the
Quality Assurance/Quality Control activities
Liaise with QA Manager Team, suppliers and customers regarding Certification and
Quality issues
Conducting Quality Auditing with QA/QC department in subcontracting companies.
Management of Defects and Deficiencies, NCR’s and Preventive Corrective Actions,
Punch List. (Open Points) and Field Change Requests.
Followup and management of process and documentation tasks assigned to installation
Coordination of modifications, followup of open points and configuration/change
management
Support of the Site Manager for monitoring of fulfilment of contractual stipulations and
obligations and date compilation
Technical coordination of handover/transfer process to commissioning team
Participation in acceptance tests performed by the commissioning team, owner and/or
by authority
Time schedule follow up and contribution of input data for the time schedule team
Wymagania

General and technical background expected:
Degree in electrical engineering
Longtime international nuclear/conventional power plant onsite installation experience
Professional experience as construction coordinator/project coordination
Skills required:
Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills

Full knowledge about Nuclear Standard and International Standards (IAEA, NSQ100, YVL,
KTA, ISO)
Technical project management background
Languages (Level):
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken and strong ability with other
languages required
Other:
Experience in relationships with clients, suppliers and authorities on large projects on
multinational context
