NEOPARCEL SERVICE PRICELIST
Applicable as of 29 April 2016
1. Range of Service
The range of the Neoparcel Service, as a contractual service performed by the Service Provider on an individual
request of the User on Envelo platform, is provided under the Terms and Conditions of Using the Neoparcel
Service under Envelo.
The use and interpretation of this Pricelist (including capitalized terms used herein) are subject to the Terms and
Conditions of Using the Neoparcel Service under Envelo. Therefore, this Pricelist should be applied in particular
taking account of technical (including dimensional) requirements for the Consignment under the Neoparcel
Service.
Basic fees provided hereunder may be modified within the framework of promotions of Poczta Polska Usługi
Cyfrowe sp. z o.o. (PPUC), in accordance with terms and conditions of such promotions available at
www.envelo.pl.
2. Basic fee for Neoparcel
The basic fee for one Neoparcel Service covers:
1. entering Consignment parameters, data of the Sender and the Addressee, and selecting Additional
Services,
2. personalization of the Address Label by using individual Customer’s Graphics,
3. downloading by the Customer or printing directly the Address Label configured by the Customer on
Envelo and, optionally, the Proof of Mailing from the website made available by PPUC under Envelo.

The fee or refund of the fee for Additional
Services of the Postal Operator are

The Customer who is a Consumer (who concludes the Neoparcel Agreement as a remote agreement via Envelo) does not
have the right to withdraw from the Neoparcel Agreement as a remote agreement, since the object of the service is a nonprefabricated item produced according to specifications of the Consumer (content of the Address Label, data of the
Addressee or the Sender, etc.) to satisfy their individualized needs. Also, by ordering Neoparcel the Customer uses the
Neoparcel Service (a possibility to mail the consignment at the Postal Operator) within the period of validity of the Neoparcel
fee in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Neoparcel Service under Envelo Mailbox. Therefore, the Customer
who is a Consumer agrees to the provision of the Neoparcel Service within the 14-day period for withdrawal from the remote
agreement by the Consumer.
