How to get to Galeria Freta restaurant from the main campus of the University of Warsaw:
1) You can have a very nice walk to the restaurant via Warsaw’s Royal Route.
It will take approx. 20 minutes and the distance is 1,7 km.
Starting from the main campus of the Uni. of Warsaw, head north on Krakowskie
Przedmieście towards the Royal Castle and the Old Town. Follow the blue line from the map
above.
The address of your destination is 39 Freta street (it will be on the left side of the street,
opposite New Town Square).

2) You can also take a bus no. 518 (NOWODWORY direction), 503 (KONWIKTORSKA
direction), 116 or 180 (CHOMICZÓWKA direction) from UNIWERSYTET stop, which is set in
front of the Main Gate of the University. Get off at the stop called PL. KRASIŃSKICH.
The journey by bus lasts about 5 mins, but you need approx. 10 minutes to go on foot from
PL. KRASIŃSKICH stop to the restaurant:
Go back to Długa str. and go straight on, till the end of the street. Turn left into Freta street
until you’ll find Galeria Freta restaurant (39 Freta street). The restaurant is located on the
left side of the street, opposite New Town Square.
