WSTĘP
Poziomo
Sensor ruchu 150/500W z reflektorem jest w pełni
zautomatyzowanym
systemem
oświetlenia
umoŜliwiającym wykrywanie ruchu w obszarze do 110º.
W nocy, dzięki wbudowanemu sensorowi ruchu PIR
(passive infrared) sensor włącza reflektor kiedy zostaje
wykryty ruch w jego zasięgu działania. Podczas dnia
dzięki wbudowanej fotokomórce sensor oszczędza
prąd dzięki wyłączeniu reflektora. Istnieje moŜliwość
ustawienia czasu podczas którego reflektor pozostaje
włączony.

OstroŜnie: Zawsze trzymaj Ŝarówkę halogenową
poprzez szmatką. Nie dotykaj jej gołymi rękoma,
poniewaŜ skróci to jej Ŝywotność.

INTRODUCTION
Check your local codes as they apply to your
situation. If the house wiring is of aluminum,
consult with an electrician about proper wiring
methods.
Your EVERSPRING MOTION SENSOR 150W/500W
FLOODLIGHT is fully automatic security light system
capable of detecting up to 110 degree coverage area.
At night, the built-in passive infrared (PIR) motion
sensor turns on the floodlight when it detects motion in
its coverage area. During the day, the built-in photocell
saves electricity by deactivating the floodlight. An
adjustable timer lets you select how long the floodlight
stays on.
Note : Read this entire manual before you start to
install the system.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Do not install when it is raining.
Be sure to switch off power source before
installing.
Make sure that the power wiring comes from
circuit with a suitable fuse or circuit breaker.
Keep minimum 0.8m away from the lighted
objects for 150W floodlight.
Keep minimum 1m away from the lighted objects
for 500W floodlight.
Keep minimum 30cm away from the ceiling and
wall. (FIGURE 1)
Before proceeding with the installation, TURN
OFF THE POWER TO THE LIGHTING CIRCUIT
AT THE CIRCUIT BREAKER OR FUSE BOX TO
AVOID ELECTRICAL SHOCK.
CHOOSING A MOUNTING LOCATION
For the best results, fix your sensors on a solid
surface, 1.8~2M above the ground.
For outdoor installation, a location under eaves is
preferable.
Avoid aiming the motion sensor at pools, heating
vents, air conditioners or objects which may
change temperature rapidly.
Do not allow sunlight to fall directly on the front of
unit.
Try to avoid pointing the unit at trees or shrubs or
where the motion of pets may be detected.
Prior to mounting, keep in mind that the motion
sensor is most sensitive to the motion, which is
across the detection field and less sensitive to the
motion, which moves directly towards the
detector. (FIGURE 3)
(6) Carefully replace front surround making sure that
the seal is correctly positioned. Screw up tightly.

BULB INSTALLATION
CAUTION : Always handle quartz halogen bulbs with
a soft cloth. Do not touch the bulb with your bare hand
as it will shorten the life of the bulb.

INSTALLATION
To facilitate installation, it is essential to get a drill and
a screwdriver ready. Select a location for the unit
based on the coverage angles shown in FIGURE 8.
(1) Do not touch the floodlight while it is in use or still
hot. Allow it to cool off (about 5 minutes) before
touching it.
(2) Do not use halogen bulb rated higher than 150
watts for EH271 and 500 watts for EH272.
(3) Disconnect the power cord or wall switch.
Unscrew retaining screw at the base of lamp.
This will release front surround.(FIGURE 4)

(4) Raise front surround. Lift off retaining lugs.

(5) Unwrap the halogen bulb, taking care that the
fingers do not touch the glass. Push one end into
either of the spring loaded sockets. Locate other
end on other socket and release.(FIGURE 6)

Install a wall switch adjacent to the power source.

(1) Switch off the power source.
(2) Remove the mounting bracket from the floodlight.
Drill the wall and screw the bracket onto the wall
using suitable plastic wall plugs and screws.
Check that the bracket is securely fitted on the
wall.
Note: Do not at this stage re-attach the
floodlight to the bracket.
(3) Use a flat blade screwdriver to hinge the wiring
box cover from one of the grooves beneath the
wiring box and apply the same step to hinge the
other groove. Keep the wiring box cover open for
further wiring operations. (FIGURE 10a & 10b)

(4) Loosen two screws on the pressure block and
unscrew the waterproof cable gland.
(5) Route the power cord through the cable gland
and pressure block.
Note: The power cord must meet H05RN-F,
3G, 1.0mm² requirement.
(6) Strip approximately 6-8mm insulating part of the
wires from the power cord. Before connection,
ensure that the wiring box gasket is firmly seated
in its original place.
(7) Connect the YELLOW/GREEN(Ground wire) to

fastening its two screws. Tighten the cable gland

(9) Re-attach the floodlight to the bracket and secure
the cable to the wall using suitable clips. Ensure
that the cable is not touching the body of the
floodlight, and that there is sufficient slack in the
cable to allow the floodlight to be tilted and
adjusted as required, which should be done by
grasping the metal body of the floodlight, not its
rear wiring box. (FIGURE 13)

SETTING THE LIGHTING SYSTEM
(1) TEST MODE
Turn the Lite control and the Time control anticlockwise to the edge – the TEST position.

OPERATION
By using the wall switch connected to your motion
sensor floodlight, you can easily operate the unit.
AUTOMATIC OPERATION
Turn on the wall switch. When the motion sensor
detects motion, the light automatically turns on. The
built-in photocell sensor turns the motion sensor off
and on according to the light level set by the Lite
Adjustment.

Turn on the wall switch. The floodlight will turn on
for about 1 minute to warm up. Then it turns off.
Walk through the detection area. The floodlight
turns on when you move and turns off when you
stop. Wait for the floodlight to turn off before
moving again to test the sensor.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Adjust the motion sensor to cover the desired
detection area. For a smaller coverage area, point
the sensor down; for a larger coverage area, point
the sensor up.
Light does not turn on
Confirm that you have made a correct “wiring
connection”.
Make sure that the bulbs have not burned out.
Check if the fuse has not burned out.
(2) TIME ADJUSTMENT
The TIME adjustment controls how long the floodlight
will stay on after the motion has been detected.
Turn the TIME control knob clockwise to increase (up
to about 12 minutes) how long the floodlights stay on
or anti-clockwise to decrease (down to about 8
seconds) the time delay (FIGURE 15).
Light remains on
Make sure the wiring connection is correct.
Check if the TIME setting is correct.

(3) LITE ADJUSTMENT
The LITE adjustment determines at what light level the
lighting system will start operating when you set the
sensor to Automatic Operation.
Provisionally turn the LITE control knob to the edge
clockwise at the moon (dusk) position (FIGURE 16).
In this provisional setting mode, the motion sensor
remains inactive during daylight. At dusk when you find
it is the LUX level desired for operation, simply set the
LITE control knob to the position that the lighting
system will become active as daylight declines.

150W/500W CU REFLECTOR este un sistem de
siguranta pentru iluminare, complet automat, capabil
sa detecteze miscare de pana la 110º (aria de
acoperire). Pe timp de noapte, senzorul de miscare
cu infrarosu incorporat (PIR) porneste reflectorul cand
detecteaza miscare in aria sa de acoperire. Pe timpul
zilei, fotocelulele incorporate economisesc energie
dezactivand reflectorul. Un cronometru reglabil va
permite sa selectati durata in care reflectorul va
ramane pornit.

ALEGEREA UNUI LOC DE MONTARE
Pentru cele mai bune rezultate, fixati senzorul pe
o suprafata solida, la 1.8~2m deasupra solului.
Pentru instalare in exterior, aparatul trebuie
amplasat de preferinta sub stresini.
Evitati indreptarea senzorului spre piscine,
radiatoare, aparate de aer conditionat sau obiecte
care pot sa-si schimbe repede temperatura.
Nu permiteti ca razele de soare sa cada direct pe
partea din fata a dispozitivului.
Incercati sa evitati indreptarea dispozitivului spre
copaci sau arbusti sau spre locurile unde
miscarea animalelor de casa poate fi detectata.
Inainte de montare, amintiti-va ca senzorul de
miscare este mai putin sensibil la miscarea pe
directia razei si mai sensibil la o miscare directa
spre detector. (FIGURA 3)

ATENTIE : Manevrati intotdeauna becurile cu halogen
si cuart cu ajutorul unui material moale. Nu atingeti
becul cu mana intrucat acest lucru va scurta durata de
functionare a becului.

dispozitivul de inchidere este corect pozitionat.

(1) Nu atingeti reflectorul atata timp cat este in stare
de functionare sau cat e inca cald. Lasati-l sa se
raceasca (aprox. 5 minute) inainte de a-l atinge.
(2) Nu folositi becuri cu halogen cu o capacitate mai
mare de 150 W pentru EH271 si 500 W pentru
EH272.
(3) Deconectati cablul de alimentare sau comutatorul
de perete. Desurubati suruburile de fixare de la
baza. Acest lucru va permite desfacerea partii din

Porniti intrerupatorul. Reflectorul va porni pentru
aprox. 1 minut pentru incalzire. Apoi se opreste.
Treceti prin zona de detectare. Reflectorul
porneste cand va miscati si se opreste cand va
opriti. Asteptati ca reflectorul sa se stinga inainte
de a va misca iar pentru a testa senzorul.
Reglati senzorul de miscare pentru a acoperi aria
de detectare dorita. Pentru o suprafata de
acoperire mai mica, indreptati senzorul in jos;
pentru o suprafata de acoperire mai mare,
indreptati senzorul in sus.
(2) REGLARE TIMP
Prin reglarea TIMPULUI se controleaza cat timp va sta
reflectorul aprins dupa ce a fost detectata miscarea.
Rotiti butonul de control al TIMPULUI in sensul acelor
de ceasornic pentru a mari (pana la 12 minute) timpul
in care reflectorul ramane pornit sau in partea stanga
pentru micsorarea timpului (pana la 8 secunde).

(9) Atasati din nou reflectorul pe placa si fixati cablul
pe perete folosind cleme corespunzatoare.
Asigurati-va ca, cablul nu atinge suportul
reflectorului, si ca exista o rezerva suficienta de
cablu pentru a permite reflectorului sa se incline si
sa fie reglat asa cum trebuie, acest lucru trebuie
facut prin strangerea corpului metalic al
reflectorului, si nu al cutiei din spate cu cabluri.

(3) REGLARE LITE
Reglarea Lite determina la ce nivel de lumina
(intuneric) va incepe sa functioneze lumina cand
senzorul este setat pe modul AUTO.

senzorului de miscare, puteti actiona cu usurinta
dispozitivul.
FUNCTIONARE AUTOMATA
Porniti comutatorul de perete. Cand senzorul
detecteaza miscare, lumina se aprinde automat.
Senzorul cu fotocelule incorporate opreste senzorul de
