CONFERENCE VENUE
The Conference will take place at the Campus A of Technical University of Lodz in
Building A16.
Adress: Zwirki 36 street, 90-924 Lodz
A16 is a newly erected facility of International Faculty of Engineering, located just a stroll
down from the Conference place of accommodation, Qubus Hotel. Refer to the map

TRANSPORTATION
BY PLANE:
From Warsaw Airport: Take bus 175, 188 or 611 to Warszawa Centralna
Station. Get on a train to Lodz Fabryczna Station (timetables*). On Lodz
Fabryczna Station take bus 57 and get off at Pilsudskiego street. There, take a
tram (8, 10 or 14) and get off at Mickiewicza–Szpital im. WAM stop.
Alternatively, take train to Lodz Kaliska Station (timetables**), then take tram
line 10 or 14, and get off at the next stop (called Mickiewicza–Szpital im. WAM).
From Lodz Airport: Take ‘L’ bus (see timetables***) to Mickiewicza-Kosciuszki
stop and walk back up Mickiewicza Street. The hotel will be on your left.
Alternatively, get off ‘L’ bus at Dworzec PKP Lodz Kaliska, transfer to tram line 10
or 14, and get off at the next stop (called Mickiewicza–Szpital im. WAM). Trams
stop right below the hotel.
BY TRAIN:
Lodz can be reached by train from all major European cities either directly or via
Warsaw or other Polish towns. A detailed information on train connections is
available at http://rozklad.pkp.pl/bin/query.exe/. There are two major train
stations in Lodz:
From Lodz Fabryczna Station: Take bus 57 and get off at Pilsudskiego street.
There, take a tram (8, 10 or 14) and get off at Mickiewicza–Szpital im. WAM stop.
From Lodz Kaliska Station: Take tram line 10 or 14, and get off at the next
stop (called Mickiewicza–Szpital im. WAM).
BY ROAD:
Lodz is reachable by road from all major directions. Please note that there are
