Access from Airport Warsaw (Lotnisko Chopina) to Groman Hotel - by busses number 188,
317 and 721. The best way is to follow Google maps like in the below example after
choosing the bus icon you will get the time schedule, estimated trip time, bus direction
and the stop name.
When you arrive to the bus stop near Park & Ride Garage Al. Krakowska - Buses 721 and
728 will go directly to Groman Hotel.

Price for single room: 240 PLN (breakfast, lunch and dinner included) per person per day
Price for double room: 180 PLN (breakfast, lunch and dinner included) per person per day
Participants will pay the accommodation fees (with meals) at the reception desk in the
Hotel.
Bowling is free in the basement of the hotel.

MEALS
Lunch (at canteen) and Dinner (at Hotel Groman) are included in the hotel price for the
room. Please contact the reception desk in Hotel. Vegetarian meals are provided.
Lunch will be served at canteen Leśna Polana in IBL campus.
Two coffee breaks per day (with tea, coffee, Polish specialty cookies) will be served in IBL.
For this, you will be charged for 20 EUR per person for all three days. The IBL staff will
collect cash (Euros or Polish zloty 85 PLN) during the registration on Tuesday 22.11.2016
morning.
