“TH” And “O” Class allows cars with any modifications which do not collide The Traffic Law.

5. INSURANCE:
Each competitor enters the Rally at their own responsibility. Third-party insurance is
obligatory. The Organizer is not responsible for any loss and damages to the competitors.
6. FIRST SCRUTINEERNIG:

Documents to be presented at scrutineering:
1. FIA homologation (for “T1” and “T2”),
2. third-party and accident insurance,
3. car registration documents,
4. car insurance documents,
5. sport book of the car
6. identification card,
7. scrutineering card.
First Scrutineering timetable:
Each crew must report to the scrutineering at the scheduled time, presented on the official
board on 12.06.2010 r.
Lateness fee: 50% of the Entry Fee.
7. FINISH SCRUTINEERNIG:
Finish Scrutineering will be done directly after reaching the Finish by a car. The car must be
immediately put in Parc Ferme.
8. OFFICIAL START AND RUNNING OF THE RALLY:
8.1. Uroczyste otwarcie Rajdu (Start Honorowy)

Before the Start there will be a pre-start parking. Cars may be put in it by service crews.
Pre-start parking entry timetable will be published on 12.06.2010 r.
Lateness fee: 300 LT.
All teams have to be present At 4.30 p.m. in Park Fermệ in order to Take part in the
oppening ceremony.

8.3. Time Cards:
Time Cards will be handed atn:
1. section I 2. section II 3. section III 4. section IV 8.4. Starting procedure (SS):
At each Start there will be 2-digit starting devise with 2 green lights, coupled with a
photocell.
Display sequence: 30, 15, 10, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, green light.
The green light stays on for 20 sec.

SS time control accuracy is 1/10 sec.
8.5. Sernice Parc:
Service cars enter the service area minimum 30 min. before the scheduled time of entry of
the first crew. 1 service car per crew allowed in the service park.
8.6. Reconnaissance Of The Route:
Not allowed. Any member of a crew present on the route by 12.06.2010 r. will violate this
rule.
8.7. Starting numbers:
The numbers must be fixed on both sides of a car thought all time of the Rally. Penalty for
missing numbers to be inflicted by the stewards. The numbers must be visible.
8.8. Identification cards:
8.9. Transgression cards:
Transgression cards is obligatory through all time of the Rally.
Traffic violation penalties:
1. first - 60 points
2. second - 120 points,
3. third - exclusion.
9. PROTESTS - APPEAL:
Protests made according to the procedures of FIA Sporting Code.
Fee: 100% of the Entry Fee (200% - 500% a car disassembly is necessary).
10. CLASSIFICATION:
CLASS CLASSIFICATION - in the sequence of ranking resultant from the ascending sum
of gained points, comprising crews of a specific class.
GENERAL CLASSIFICATION – in the sequence of ranking resultant from the ascending
sum of gained points.
11. RESULTS CALCULATION:
Penalty points – the sum of all penalty points acquired at all stages.
In case of ex equo SS1 (and consecutive SS’s, if necessary) result decides.

Labels directed by the organizer are obligatory.
Labelling refusal – penalty of 50% of the entry Fee.
13. FINAL DECISIONS:
Organizer stipulates right for interpretation and changes and attachment of the
present regulations and cancellation of the rally. Organizer does not take any
responsibility for damages and losses relatively to team so and equipment , as
losses causes by them relatively to persons during the championship. By signing
application, team and service is obliged for observance of the regulation, and road
traffic regulations. Organizer reminds of necessity of insurance of member of crew
and own of medical research and car book.
