SPARC is a contractual Partnership of the European Commission and the European Robotics Community / euRobotics AISBL, a non-for-profit association was founded in September, 2012, to provide the European Robotics Community a legal entity to engage in a contract with the European Commission. With 700ME in funding from the Commission for 2014 – 2020, and triple that amount from European industry, SPARC is the largest civilian-funded robotics innovation programme in the world.
