Cost Of Participation
The Conference fee 390 € and 270 € for accompanying persons.
Postgraduates 350 €.
The fee entitles participants to the following:
 accommodation 26/27, 27/28 i 28/29 th June 2014,
 full board on conference days,
 conference materials in a book form with promotional materials
of companies,
 possibility of presenting results of research and solutions in
a form of a presentation, exhibition, or an announcement,
 participation in trips (Čzeský Ràj and Hrad Trosky or to Valley
of Palace and Gardens in Lower Silesian),
 participation in cultural events and mountain trips to
Karkonosze.

Fee for a 10- minute-long audio-visual presentation of a company
or a product is 500zł +23% VAT.
2. The cost of 1 m2 of exhibition area is 200zł +23% VAT.
3. The cost of advertisement in the conference materials book is:
a) One sheet (two pages) – 500zł +23% VAT. Companies are
requested to supply the advertisement in 200 copies sized
175×245 mm (for cutting down to 168×238 mm size).
b) Full colour advert on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th page of the cover –
1500zł +23% VAT. Only the slide is required.

The prospective authors are kindly ask to prepare a résumé of the
paper with the most important questions and conclusions in a format
of one page A4. The deadline for sending the document is 15 th of
February 2014. Please submittthe summary online on
[email protected] . All the information regarding
product presentation should be notify via the Conference email by the
15 th of February 2014.
The information about paper acceptance or promotional action will be
given by the 28th of February 2014.
