PASSENGERS PROCEDURES

BEFORE TAXI:
1. Ask FAs to bring you the passengers list.
2. Ask GS, are there all passengers on board.
3. Say to passengers:
Szanowni Państwo.
Załoga wita państwa na pokładzie samolotu (Aircraft type) linii lotniczych PL Airways. Ja
nazywam się (your name) i jestem (kapitanem/drugim pilotem) w dzisiejszym locie do (your
destination). Razem z (kapitanem/drugim pilotem) (another pilot's name) oraz całą załogą
zapraszamy na wspólny lot. Podczas lotu będziemy lecieć nad terytorium (countries above
whose teritory you will fly).Przewidywany czas lotu to (estimated flt time). Dziękuję za uwagę
I życzę miłego lotu.
Ladies and gentlemen.
The crew welcomes you on-board of (aircraft type) of PL Airways. My name is (your name)
and I am a (captain/co-pilot) on today flight to (your destination). With (captain/co-pilot)
(another pilot's name) and all the crew, I welcome you to our flight. During a flight, we are
going to fly above (countries above whose teritory you will fly). The estimated flight time is
(estimated flt time). Thank you for your attention. Enjoy your flight.
4. If it's needed, say to passengers in the country, to or from you're flying's language.
DURING TAXI:
1.Ask FA's to turn on the safety video.
BEFORE TAKEOFF:
1. Say:
Uwaga, startujemy
Attention, taking off.
AFTER TAKEOFF:
1. Turn off the seatbelts sign (on FL110)
2. Say to passengers:
Proszę państwa, sygnalizacja zapiąć pasy została wyłączona. Oznacza to, że można
otworzyć stoliki, włączyć urządzenia elektroniczne w trybie samolotowym, ustawić fotele w
pozycji leżącej, zasłonić okna oraz rozpiąć pasy. Dla państwa bezpieczeństwa prosimy
pozostawić pasy zapięte na wypadek nieoczekiwanych turbulencji. Podczas lotu będziemy
serwować ciepły posiłek. Menu znajduje się w kieszeni fotela przed państwem. Dziękuję za
uwagę.
Dear passengers, the fasten seatbelts sign was turned off. That means, you can open the
tray-tables, turn on the electronic devices in a flight-mode, set the seats in the unlocked
position, cover the windows and unfasten the seatbelts. But for your safety, we request to
stay fastened in case of the turbulences. During a flight we are going to serve the hot meal.
The menu is in the pocket in the seat in front of you. Thank you for your attention.
IN ABOUT A MIDDLE OF A FLIGHT:
1.Say to passengers:
Proszę państwa, mówi (kapitan/drugi pilot) (your name). Aktualnie znajdujemy się nad
terytorium (country, above what's territory now you are) i lecimy na wysokości (actual
altitude). Temperatura za oknem wynosi (outside temperature) i będziemy na miejscu za
(remaining flight time). (W/Na) (your destination) (say the weather). Dziękuję za uwagę.
Dear passengers, here is your (captain/co-pilot) (your name). Now we are above (country,
above what's territory now you are) and we are cruising on altitude (actual altitude).
Temperature outside is (outside temperature) and we are going to be at our destination at
(remaining flight time). (In/At) (your destination) (say the weather). Thank you for your
attention.
2. Ask FAs to give the passengers and cockpit crew the hot meal.
BEFORE DESCENDING
1. Turn on the fasten seatbelts sign
2. Say to passengers:
Proszę państwa, sygnalizacja zapiąć pasy została włączona. Oznacza to, że trzeba
zamknąć stoliki, wyłączyć wszystkie urządzenia elektroniczne poza aparatami i kamerami,
ustawić fotele w pozycji pionowej, odsłonić okna oraz zapiąć pasy. Będziemy lądować za
około (time to landing). Dziękuję za uwagę.
Dear passengers, the fasten seatbelts sign was turned on. That means, you have to close
the tray-tables, turn off all electronic devices except cameras and video-cameras, set the
seats in the upright and fully locked position, uncover the windows and fasten your seatbelts.
We are going to land in (time to landing). Thank you for your attention.
ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO LANDING:
1. Say to passengers:
Uwaga, lądowanie
Attention, landing
JUST AFTER LANDING:
1. Say to passengers:
Proszę państwa, witamy w (your destination). Właśnie wylądowaliśmy na lotnisku (airport
name). Kołujemy teraz na parking. Do terminala (przejdą państwo pieszo/przejdą państwo
rękawem/zostaną państwo przewiezieni autobusem). W imieniu całej załogi, linii lotniczej PL
Airways i linii partnerskich z sojuszu oneworld dziękuję za wybranie PL Airways na
przewoźnika na tej trasie. Dziękuję za uwagę.
Dear passengers, welcome in (your destination). We have just landed on (airport name). We
are now taxiing to the parking. You will (be transferred by bus/ go on foot/go with a jetway) to
the terminal. With all the crew, PL Airways and partner airlines of the oneworld alliance thank
you for choosing PL Airways as an airline on this way. Thank you for attention.
