1.INFORMATION
1.1The main purpose of request for quotation
The main purpose of request for quotation is choose an offer for the supply of
TOOLING
1.2 Offer subject
Offer should contain price, delivery time definite in weeks , payment terms and
specification.
If you are eager to take a part in a bid and receive detailed “technical
specification (drawings)” of tooling, please fill “Non Disclosure Agreement”
(ONDA_STANDARD) file in and send it back to WSK (via email) unless you
have not owned signed copy of the agreement.

1.3 Trade conditions:
- payment terms: according agreed terms of payments ( 30 days, 45 days or 60
days from date of tooling delivery.
- delivery conditions DDU/CIP Rzeszów
- minimum validity of offer 3 months
- Cooperation condition according to our standard WSK PZL Rzeszów S.A. Capital

Offer, reply to request for quotation should be send till 18th February 2011
(including) .

INFORMACJA: Niniejsza wiadomość jest POUFNA. Jeśli nie jesteś jej adresatem, proszę usunąć

lub wszystkich ofert i do zaakceptowania innych niż najbardziej korzystnej z ofert.
Akceptacja przez WSK tej oferty będzie uznana za porozumienie pomiędzy dostawcą i WSK co do łącznej
ceny za części zamawiane przez WSK od dostawcy. Akceptacja tegoż przez WSK nie będzie rozumiana
jako zobowiązanie do zakupu części od dostawcy.
WSK zastrzega sobie prawo udostępnienia wszystkich informacji otrzymanych w odpowiedzi na niniejsze
Zapytanie Ofertowe spółkom powiązanym z WSK lub wchodzących w skład grupy United Technologies
Corporation. Informacje będą udostępniane jedynie pod warunkiem, że odbiorca tychże informacji
zobowiąże do nieujawniania ich osobom trzecim oraz do ich ochrony zogodnie ze standardami
stosowanymi do ochrony własnych informacji, przy czym z nie mniejszą starannością niż ogólnie
wymagana w takich sytuacjach. Złożenie odpowiedzi na niniejsze Zapytanie ofertowe stanowić będzie
wyrażenie zgody oferenta na przekazywanie informacji zawartych w ofercie podmiotom, o których mowa
powyżej.

WSK’s acceptance of this quotation shall constitute an agreement between supplier and WSK on the total
price which shall apply to parts ordered by WSK from supplier. WSK’s acceptance of same shall not be
construed as an obligation to buy parts from supplier
The WSK reserves the right to disclose all information received in response to this Request for Quotation
to WSK affiliates or United Technologies Corporation affiliates. The information will be disclosed subject to
non-disclosure obligation and obligation to protect such information with the same degree of care with
which the receiving party treats and protects its own proprietary and confidential information against
public disclosure, but with no less than reasonable care.. The response to this Request for Quotation shall
be deemed as the agreement of the offerer to make the information contained in the quotation available
to aforementioned parties.
