Introduction to Public Trading on the Primary Market of Series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H
Ordinary Bearer Shares, and Allotment Certificates (PDA) for Series J Ordinary Bearer
Shares

Legal basis: Art. 56.1.2 of the Act of Public Offering – current and periodical information
Pursuant to Art. 34.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated October 19th 2005 on
current and periodical information disclosed by issuers of securities, the Management Board of
LC Corp S.A. reports that on June 28th 2007 the Management Board of Giełda Papierów
Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange) adopted Resolution No 437/2007,
on the basis of which it decided to:
1) as of June 29th 2007 introduce to public trading on the main market, under the usual
procedure, the following ordinary bearer shares of LC Corp S.A., having the value at par of PLN
1 (say: one zloty) each, marked by KDPW S.A. (National Depository of Securities, Poland) with
code “PLLCCRP00017”:
a) 500,000 (say: five hundred thousand) series A shares,
b) 113,700,000 (say: one hundred and thirteen million seven hundred thousand) series B
shares,
c) 1,452,546 (say: one million four hundred and fifty-two thousand five hundred and forty-six)
series C shares,
d) 1,472,018 (say: one million four hundred and seventy-two thousand and eighteen) series D
shares,
e) 32,000,000 (say: thirty-two million) series E shares,
f) 102,000,000 (one hundred and two million) series F shares,
g) 80,000,000 (eighty million) series G shares,
h) 58,433,747 (fifty-eight million four hundred and thirty-three thousand seven hundred and
forty-seven) series H shares,
2) as of June 29th 2007 introduce to public trading on the main market, under the usual
procedure, 57,000,000 (say: fifty-seven million) allotment certificates (PDA) for series J
ordinary bearer shares of LC Corp S.A., having the value at par of PLN 1 (say: one zloty) each,
marked by KDPW S.A. with code “PLLCCRP00025”,
3) set the date for the first listing of LC Corp S.A. securities, referred to in items 1) and 2), for
June 29th 2007,
4) quote LC Corp S.A. shares in the continuous quotation system, under the abbreviated name
“LCCORP”, and marked as “LCC”,
5) quote LC Corp S.A. allotment certificates, referred to in item 2), in the continuous quotation
system, under the abbreviated name “LCCORP-PDA”, and marked as “LCCA”. The text of the
