Właściwości i zakres zastosowania:
Klej neoprenowy służy do klejenia tworzywa PCV,
CV, gumy, metalu i drewna, sztucznej trawy, skóry,
korka, pianki, nosków schodowych, cokołów/listew
przypodłogowych. TEC EXTRA ma wysoką końcową siłę klejenia. Nadaje się na zewnątrz i wewnątrz, na jastrychy cementowe i anhydrytowe,
magnezjowe, płyty wiórowe V100E, płyty OSB,
deski z litego drewna, masy samopoziomujące,
schody i ściany betonowe, posadzki kamienne,
płytki ceramiczne.
Wskazówki dotyczące przygotowania
podłoża:
Podłoże musi być stałe, suche i czyste. Istniejące
na podłożu nierówności należy wyrównać przy
użyciu mas szpachlowych. Resztki pyłu, piasku
trzeba odkurzyć.
Klejenie:
TEC EXTRA powinien być nanoszony na podłoże
w za pomocą szpachli gładkiej lub pacy A3. Materiał układać na kleju po jego rozprowadzeniu do
30 minut, starannie go dociskając, najlepiej gdy
film kleju jest pół suchy. Im większy docisk, tym
lepsze sklejenie. Nadmiar kleju może spowodować
pojawienie się bąbli pod wykładziną.
Minimalna temperatura podłoża przy klejeniu to
+10°C i maksymalna wilgotność względna powietrza 75%, preferowana 65%. Klej nadaje się na
podłoża z systemem ogrzewania podłogowego,
pod fotele i meble na kółkach.

Untergrundprüfung:
Der Untergrund muss fest, dauertrocken, eben, sauber und frei
von Trennmitteln sein. Raumtemperatur, Raumluftfeuchtigkeit
und Untergrundtemperatur sind zu prüfen.
Verarbeitung:
Klebstoff mit Pinsel (keine Kunststoffborsten verwenden, da
diese vom Lösemittel angegriffen werden) oder der entsprechenden Spachtelzahnung auf den Untergrund und den Belag
dünn aufbringen und ablüften lassen, bis der Klebstoff einen
trockenen Film ausgebildet hat. Belag auflegen und fest andrücken bzw. anwalzen. Je höher der Druck, desto fester wird
die Verklebung. Werden die Beläge zu früh eingelegt oder der
Klebstoff zu dick aufgetragen, kommt es zu Lösemitteleinschluss
(Klebstoffnester). In diesem Fall kann Blasenbildung auftreten.

Examination of sub floor:
Sub floor must be solid, permanently dry, level, clean and free
of anti-adherents. Check room temperature, ambient humidity
and temperature of sub floor.
Processing:
Apply the adhesive in a thin layer to sub floor and flooring material using a brush (no plastic bristles, since they are affected
by the solvent) or the appropriate notched trowel and let flash
until adhesive has formed a dry film. Install the flooring material
and press or roll down firmly. The higher the pressure, the better
the bonding. In case flooring material is installed too early or too
much adhesive has been applied, solvent inclusions may occur
(adhesive pooling) and bubbles may form.
