ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the requirements of the World Bank (Operational Policy OP 4.12), the co-financing
institution of the Odra-Vistula Flood Management Project,
West Pomerania Board of Amelioration and Hydraulic Structures in Szczecin (ZZMiUW) made the DRAFT
LAND ACQUISITION AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN for the Subcomponent 1A Flood protection of
areas in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Contract 1C.1 – Chlewice-Porzecze. Backwater embankment of
Odra River at Myśla River and Modernization of Marwice, polder stage I and II (DRAFT LAND ACQUISITION
AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN) available for inspection to all interested people and institutions.
Any interested party may:
A) in the period from the day of the publication of this announcement till 9th August 2016, get familiarised with
the DRAFT LAND ACQUISITION AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN at the seats of:

Pomerania Board of Amelioration and Hydraulic Structures in Szczecin is a competent institution to consider
the remarks and motions.

After the 21-day period of the document availability for the inspection (between 20.07.2016 and 09.08.2016),
on 10.08.2016 at 4:30 p.m. at Country Clubroom in Namyślin, Namyślin 70, 74-406 Namyślin and on
11.08.2016 at 4:30 p.m. at the seat of the Gryfino Municipal and Commune Office, 1 Maja Street 16,
74-100 Gryfino, in the conference room, there will be open meetings for all interested parties where the
information about the DRAFT LAND ACQUISITION AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN will be presented
and there will be organized the public discussions concerning this document as well as the motions and
remarks submitted to the document, both prior to the meetings and during the meetings itself.
The Announcement was made public by publishing in the local press (Gazeta Wyborcza – Szczecin
supplement), placing it on the notice board in ZZMiUW in Szczecin, local branches of ZZMiUW in Gryfino and
Myślibórz, Office of the Marshal of the West Pomerania Voivodeship, Boleszkowice Commune Office,
Widuchowa Commune Office and Gryfino Municipal and Commune Office, places where construction works
are implemented as well as on the websites of the above indicated institutions.
