Das Prüfinstitut und eine allfällig eingesetzte Zertifizierungsstelle ist aufgrund seiner unabhängigen Stellung, welche in
der Qualitätssicherung des Institutes dokumentiert ist, zur
strengen Geheimhaltung verpflichtet. In diesem Sinne verpflichtet sich das Institut, die im

nachfolgenden Tabelle

supplier, and, if available: Oeko-Tex® certificate number, expiry date of validity, product class).
For each source material that is not certified according to Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 a sample
has to be sent in. In case of source materials that are already certified according to Oeko-Tex®
Standard 100 the number of samples is reduced according to the following table

die oben wiedergegebenen Angaben diejenigen des Originalantrags derart ergänzen, dass

Artikelbeschreibung auf dem
Zertifikat in seiner alleinigen Verantwortung liegt.
Der Antragsteller ist damit einverstanden, dass seine Anschrift
in einer internationalen Referenzliste der Oeko-Tex® Lizenznehmer erscheint (bitte ganzen
Absatz streichen, falls dies nicht
zutrifft).
Der Antragsteller erklärt sich damit einverstanden, in Form eines
elektronischen Newsletters an
die im Antrag genannte E-MailAdresse wiederholt Informationen der Internationalen OEKO®
TEX Gemeinschaft zu erhalten
