CIVITAS Conference. This will be on a first come-first served basis, until sold out. Please be aware that

Meeting rooms
We can offer a limited amount of meeting rooms (first come, first serve) on:



Tuesday, 27th of September between 09.00 – 17.00hrs CET
Wednesday, 28th of September between 09.30 – 12.00hrs CET
Friday, 30th of September between 14.00 – 16.30hrs CET
No catering is offered but close there is a coffee corner and a restaurant
If you want to take the opportunity and arrange a meeting please inform before the 1st of
September 2016 on the following:
