Contest Rules and Regulations
1. The Regulations define general conditions for participation in the contest: Film Festival “June’76/
Czerwiec ’76. The competition is an independent event, presenting the creative possibilities of
filmmakers in Poland and abroad.
2. Organizer:
• Association of Interned and Repressed (the Repressed and Internees) during Martial Law in
the Radom Region (Region of Radom); KRS - 0000296125, 26-600 Radom, Pl. Jagielloński 15
3. Partner of the Organizer:
• „ŁAŹNIA” Radomski Klub Środowisk Twórczych i Galeria/ „Łaźnia” – Cultural Centre. Radom,
Żeromskiego 56
4. The Festival’s objective:
The aim of the Festival is to promote values such as tolerance, solidarity, respect for human rights
and liberty.
5.Conditions of participation /how to apply:
• For the presentation of films at the Festival the competition committee will nominate movies
in the category:
a) Documentary short (max. 45 min.)
b) Docudrama short (max. 45 min.)
• The film must be in the Festival formula (see section 4)
• The film should be prepared in two languages: the language of the author and the English
version (information for foreign authors ).
• Competition entries will be qualified by a Pre-selection Committee appointed by the Organizer
• Submitted film must be produced after 2011
• The film must not exceed 45 min in duration
• It can not be a film submitted to the Film Festival “June 76” in previous years.
• The submission must include:
1) A copy of the film in digital form, on DVD or BLURAY, possible to play it back in a stationary
player
2) Film frames, photo of the author/s, and information about the author/s of the film along
with a brief description of the film in two languages: Polish and English (this applies only to
participants from Poland, as for participants from other countries only English description of
the submitted film is required) – sent to e-mail address: [email protected]

• Movies with the attachments described earlier (see section 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) should be sent or
delivered in person in a protected envelope to the following address:
“ŁAŻNIA” Radomski Klub Środowisk Twórczych i Galeria”

The envelope should be marked: Entry for the film competition “Czerwiec’76”.
Submissions that do not meet the principles set out in the regulations will not be considered.
(taken into account).
6. Jury of the Festival:
Evaluation of the presented film images will be made by a specially appointed competition
committee - Jury of the Festival. The committee will consist of representatives of the film and
arts community.
7.Subsequent stages of the competition:
• Submission of entries and footages until 25/05/2016
• Preselecting, which is meant to select movies in the finals of the competition until 31.05.2016
• Final of the Film Festival “Czerwiec’76” 9 – 11 June 2016
8. Awards:
1) Film Festival “Czerwiec’76” Award - statuette Grand Prix - and a cash prize of 5 000 PLN
2) Film Festival “Czerwiec’76” Honorable Mention – a cash prize of 2 500 PLN
3) Audience Award - a cash prize of 1 500 PLN
4) The Jury reserves the right not to award or give honorable mention
5) The Jury reserves the right to distribute the awards differently than mentioned in paragraphs
1, 2, 3.
9. Copyright and data protection:
• The person submitting the film or its maker declares that she/he is the owner of, or acts on
behalf of and with the consent of the copyright owner of the submitted material ( pictures,
music, etc.) and shall assume all the resulting dispute , exempting the organizer (mentioned
in point 2. of these Regulations) from legal liability
• A participant agrees to projection of her/his production during the contest and beyond, and
agrees to leave a copy of the work in the organizer’s archives.
• A participant agrees to the use of extracts of her/his work in the audiovisual programs
covering the contest.

• A participant declares that she/he will not demand any remuneration due to the issue of
screening their production during the Contest and during projection of parts of their work
promoting Film Festival “Czerwiec’76”.
• Participants’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the rules specified in the Act
on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 1997 No. 33, item. 883, as amended).
Entrants have the right to inspect their own data and correct
10. Final provisions
• Rules of procedure are subject to change - all participants will be informed about them
beforehand
• Entry form is an integral part of the Regulations.
