After your registration is accepted you will receive an email confirming the registration together with a proforma invoice.
The fee shall be paid within 7 days from the date specified on the proforma invoice, no later than by 27 June 2016.

5. Transmission of a registration confirmation to the Attendee by the Organizer shall tantamount to the execution of an Agreement
for participation in the Seminar and a prerequisite for admission to participation in the Seminar.
6. A statement of resignation from participation in the Seminar shall be made in writing, electronically to [email protected] or by fax to
+48 91 48 62 538. In case of the Participant’s resignation from participation in the Seminar notified no later than by 12 June 2015
the Participant shall be eligible for a refund of the fees paid. Resignations made thereafter shall not be subject to the refund; the
Participant shall incur 100 percent of the Seminar participation package price.
