machines can be found in over 65 countries worldwide. All products are characterized by being transformative and mould-breaking in
technology, performance and format.
For start-up CEE organization we are looking for a well-organized and creative/problem solving candidate for the position
Office Manager/Assistant to CEE Country Manager
Main responsibilities:
Close cooperation with the CEE Country Manager, proactively organize and manage diaries for Country manager
Provide support to CEE Country Manager, prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other
documents for the CEE Country Manager
Co-ordinate all internal and external meetings and events
Provide administrative support for the company team, running reception works
Maintain contact with the company’s customers
Welcome visitors to the office and act as host for international visitors arranging hotels, transport and meetings as needed
Take minutes of meetings where appropriate
Conduct research, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
Develop and maintain relationships with company international offices and their customers
Represent CEE Country Manager and the team
Manage the company’s Warsaw office facilities and infrastructure
Fulfil other duties as required
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as an Administrative Manager/Personal Assistant/Office Manager
Fluent English (both verbal and written) is a must
University degree
Multitasking
Ability to work with short-term deadlines
Enthusiastic (ready to be flexible and work in dynamic environment)
Focus on quality results and deliverables on time
Responsible (ready to take on new assignments and to lead them)
Very good computer skills (especially MS office)
