Purpose Of Role: ERM Poland is currently expanding. The
Corporate Operational Risk Management (ORM) is setting up
a Data Quality function within ERM Poland in support of
corporate and regulatory data management requirements.

Specific Qualifications / Skills:
Proficiency in English language is required.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Working knowledge of Spotfire a plus.
VBA programming, macros and SQL queries is a plus.
Ability to multi-task while working under pressure
Excellent Analytical skills, ability to identify risk areas in processes and
implement improvements.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and proactive working attitude.
Team player
Excellent organizational and planning skills and ability to re-prioritize
workflow as needed.

Level Of Education:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Risk Management or related
field
Master's Degree and/or industry certification(s) a plus.
Previous Level Of Experience:
1+ years of financial services industry experience preferred, ideally
within the asset management/servicing industry; experience in
operational risk management is desired.
