Package 1. (1 stand and 1 participant from a company) contains: 6m2
stand with equipment (table, counter, electric), participation of 1 person in
the automotive AFBD.
Package 2. (1 stand and 2 participants from the company) includes:
stand 6m2 with equipment as above, the participation of 2 persons from
the company in the AFBD.
Package 3. (only 2 participants without a stand)
includes participation of 2 persons in the AFBD.
Package 3+. (Each additional person in the package 3)
includes participation of each additional person in the AFBD.

INFORMATION
Hiring an exhibition stand. The fee includes a stand (6m2) for exhibiting products and advertising materials. The
standard equipment of the stand includes: a counter, chairs, table, basket, lights and 230V socket. Company name
placed above the entrance to the stand (single font for all). Standard load capacity for each counter element max
40 kg. Reinforced of a table with a load capacity of max 150 kg is available for extra fee 170 pln (45 €). The display
of the logo above the entrance additional cost 170 PLN net (45 €)
I order the company logo for my exhibition stand (above the entrance)
I am obliged to provide the logo 7 days before the event.

Participation. The participation fee includes participation in the event, 4-5 November 2015, the evening banquet
and all the attractions, lunches, coffee breaks, conference materials, simultaneous translation of the conference
session. The fee does not include accommodation and travel costs. I accept the terms and rules of participation.
Time and venue. Auto Forum Business Day will be held on 4-5 November 2015 in Haston City Hotel, Wrocław.
Hotel. We have reserved a number of rooms in the Haston City Hotel. The participation fee does not include the
cost of accommodation and other services provided by the hotel. Participants book rooms and make payment on
their own. To benefit from a special discount please quote the password „AutoForum”, while booking a hotel room.

Regulations.
1. I hereby confirm my order and I agree to the issue of an invoice without my signature. I also agree to receive
correspondence on the Suppliers' Day / Business Day. I declare that payment will be settled within 7 days of the
registration form submission, but no later than 3 working days before the event.
2. Cancellation of exhibition booth order will be charged 50% of hiring cost. Cancellation of participation in the
event up to 25 of October 2015 the is 50% of costs. Absence during the event does not entitle to reimbursement
for participation and for the stand. Trade talks are free of charge. They are gratuitous promotional items from the
organizer.
