Polish Financial Supervision Authority decision on suspension of the Bond Issue Prospectus
approval proceedings
In reference to Interim Announcement dated 22 August 2013, the Management Board of ENERGA SA
(‘ENERGA’, ‘Company’) announces that on 27 August 2013 the Company received from the Polish
Financial Supervision Authority (‘KNF’) its decision suspending, at the ENERGA request, approval
proceedings of the Bonds Issue Prospectus (‘Bonds Prospectus’) in relation with the intention to apply
for the admission of the A series bonds to the regulated market.
