zaświadcza, że system jakości, funkcjonujący u wytwórcy w zakresie projektowania, wytwarzania, kontroli i badań
końcowych urządzeń ciśnieniowych, wyspecyfikowanych w niniejszym certyfikacie, został sprawdzony na zgodność z
warunkami Załącznika III, Modułu H1, Dyrektywy 97/23/EC, w sprawie zbliżenia przepisów prawnych państw
członkowskich dotyczących urządzeń ciśnieniowych i spełnia warunki zawarte w dyrektywie, które do niniejszych
urządzeń mają zastosowanie.
BUREAU VERITAS S.A., acting within the scope of its notification (notified body number 0062), attests that the quality
system operated by the manufacturer for design, manufacture, final inspection and testing of the pressure equipment
identified hereunder has been examined against the provisions of annex III, module H1, of the Pressure Equipment
directive n° 97/23/EC, and found to satisfy the provisions of the directive which apply to it.

Zatwierdzenie uzależnione jest od wyników auditów, badań i weryfikacji, przeprowadzonych przez Bureau Veritas, zgodnie z
ustaleniami, które zostały zawarte w umowie, podpisanej przez wytwórcę i Bureau Veritas.
The approval is conditional upon the surveillance audits, tests and verifications to be carried out by Bureau Veritas, as per the
provisions stated in the agreement signed by both the manufacturer and Bureau Veritas.
Niniejszy certyfikat będzie uznany za nieważny, a wytwórca poniesie sam wszelkie konsekwencje wynikłe z jego zastosowania,
w przypadku nie spełnienia przez wytwórcę zobowiązań określonych w porozumieniu odnośnie (a) wdrożenia zatwierdzonego
systemu jakości, (b) zgodności urządzeń z typem, (c) kontroli i badań końcowych produktu, oraz ogólnie, jeżeli wytwórca nie spełni
swych obowiązków określonych w dyrektywie nr 97/23/EC z 29 maja 1997, transponowanej do innych aktów prawnych mających
zastosowanie.
This certificate shall be deemed to be void and the manufacturer shall alone bear any consequences pursuant to its use, where the
manufacturer fails to comply with his undertakings as per the agreement in respect of (a) implementation of the approved quality
system, (b) conformity of the equipment with the type and (c) inspection and tests on the final product, and generally where the
manufacturer fails in particular to comply with any of his obligations under directive nr 97/23/EC of 29 may 1997 as transposed in the
applicable law(s).

performed by Bureau Veritas and certificates H1D or B1 will be issued to manufacturer during period of validity of this
certificate.
