This work will take at least 3 weeks. Since a number of parking places will be taken over for this project, we are asking those who can to please use the West 15 Street parking lot. Krystyna Kowalski This Weekend, February 22-23 CATHOLIC CHARITIES ANNUAL APPEAL FOR 2014 NO MASSES SCHEDULED FOR MONDAY-FRIDAY, February 24-28 All MASSES are in English except the 11:00 Sunday mass which is in Polish. CONFESSIONS are heard in English every Saturday before the Vigil Mass, from 3:45 to 4:15 p.m. and in Polish every Sunday before the Polish mass. The 2014 Catholic Charities Annual Appeal is underway with an in-pew commitment process taking place this weekend. Many parishioners have received a letter from Bishop Lennon requesting their support. If you have not received this letter, please respond to the in-pew commitment process today! If you have received the mailing, please respond to it. There is a box on the in-pew envelope to indicate that you have responded by mail. Service Opportunity at Maggie’s House We will soon be distributing our Lenten pamphlet which includes several opportunities for service. We hope that you will consider volunteering on March 8th from 9 a.m. to noon for a Work Saturday at Maggie's Place in Parma. Maggie’s Place provides a house of hospitality for pregnant and parenting women in need. Men, women and children are welcome to volunteer. We need 5 volunteers to represent St. Barbara. The schedules have been placed by the statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary near the door to the sacristy. Important: please remember to make arrangements for a substitute if you are not able to serve for your scheduled date and time. There is always room on the schedule for men and women to assist at Mass. If you are interested, please contact Joyce Gibson at 216 749-6598.
