2. AREA:
2.1 Basic exhibition space for self-development on which the Exhibitor puts his stand himself. The cost of the rent
depends on the size of the exhibition surface (in square meters m2) which the Exhibitor rents, as well as the date
of the placing the Application Form and payment of the deposit. With registration before 04/30/2016 and paying
a deposit of 20% of the total contract value, the Exhibitor is entitled to receive a price discount. Final deadline for
submitting applications — 08/30/2016 (it is also the deadline for the payment of 20% of the deposit).

- Promotion of the Fairs in the local, national and social media;

We would like to offer carpet covering for the Fair in any colour. Price: 12 PLN / m2: 12 zł/m2

The Registration fee is fixed regardless of the size of stand and equals to 200 PLN

5.1. Installing connections
Maximum demand for electricity. Consider your electricity needs and connection types carefully before placing the
order. The price for the consumed energy is included in the price of installation. All sockets work around the clock.

9. NOTES

Sending the Application Form means accepting the offer of participation in the Fair and all the by-laws listed in this
Application Form and in attached Terms of participation. Acceptance of the Application Form by the Organiser does
not imply the confirmation of participation in the Fairs. Conclusion of the Agreement of Participation in the Fairs takes
place upon approval from the Organiser, or upon receiving an e-mail confirming participation in the Fairs from the
Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right, before making a decision regarding participation in the Fairs to request
to complete the Application Form with the missing items.
10. BY-LAWS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FAIRS FEES Total cost of participation in the Fairs:
Exhibitor qualified for participation in the Fairs is obliged to pay the deposit of 20% of the total amount resulting
from the Application Form within 2 weeks of the application approval and receipt of the invoice. The remaining
80% of the sum must be paid before 30/07/2016.
11. STATEMENT
The Exhibitor declares that he is familiar with the participation by-laws and with the technical and fire protection
provisions prevailing in the grounds of Międzynarodowe Targi Gdańskie S.A., — which constitute the appendix to the
Application Form and he agrees to abide them during the 8th 3TM Automotive Fairs on September 23-26, 2016. By
submitting the Application Form the Exhibitor agrees to have his personal data contained in the Application Form
processed for the purposes as required for the organisation of the Fairs and for statistical needs (in accordance with
the Law of 2002 on the Personal Data Protection, Journal of Laws, No. 101, item 926 as amended.) and declares
that the personal data is given voluntarily and he has the right to inspect, modify or delete it. The data controller is
