Special Assistance Support Consultant for
(providing service for passengers with specific requirements- disability, medical and health)
Italian or French or Spanish speakers
Location: Poznań

The Position Description:
Special Assistance Support Consultant will be responsible for:
Communication with easyJet passengers requiring additional assistance at the airport (handling phone calls
and correspondence),
Communication with airports in order to provide details concerning the passengers’ needs e.g. medical
equipment, wheelchair assistance
The Consultant will also handle incoming calls and e-mails from passengers in relation to booking tickets,
modifying existing reservations, providing the passengers with information concerning the air carrier’s policies.
Requirements:
Fluent Italian, French or Spanish in speech and writing allowing easy communication with the customers (one
of 3 above-mentioned languages is required)
Fluency in English
Empathy towards the needs of people with reduced mobility
Focus on the customers’/passengers’ needs
High level of commitment at work
