raan – uv systems The industrial objects heating using IR - TERM 2000 Heating the industrial objects of different size and feature, the most important are the costs of energy carriers used. Therefore, the strategy of heating such objects is heading towards ensuring the immediate warm comfort to a person being in a certain place, without the necessity of the whole object previous heating. In the XXI century circumstances heating the whole building and halls is a mistake and leads to wastefulness and enormous costs. The modern-day solutions of the problem go into transmitting the warm to the receiver analogically to the lamp reflectors system where the radiated energy is concentrated and directed to the chosen surfaces, and there is no air involved during its transmission. Such way of heat energy transmitting appears in TERM 2000 heating reflectors. Comparing to the convection heating, TERM 2000 heating reflectors ensures employees the needed therm comfort at the lower temperature in an object of about 4-5 oC. As the consequence, the therm energy used to achieve the similar effect (therm level feeling) is lower by about 25-30% comparing to the convection systems. Adding the fact of restricting the real heating surface of the hall by about 20-30% (there are mainly working stations heated), as well as shortening of the twenty-four hour heating cycle – the real reduction of heating system use cost can reach the level of 40-50%. TERM 2000 heat objects of big capacity efficiently and economically, no matter of: • object construction, its volume or surface • lost of heat due to wrong isolation • numbers of windows in objects • changing of air in an object (connected to the forced or gravitated ventilation) • necessity of opening the transport gates. TERM 2000 heating reflectors, due to their physical attributes are the only ones that heat inertia closed to zero. Such advantage enables to shorten the working time to minimum, eliminating the necessity of previous object heating. The immediate heating process has a great influence to the using energy reduction. In case of using TERM 2000 heating reflectors, working system time is equal or shorter from the employees working time. TERM 2000 heating equipments, as the only one, enable to create the heating comfort in a certain place, heating only the appointed working positions, no matter to the surface and volume of a hall. The rather small dimension of heating reflectors enable their installation practically in any place, without the necessity of great interference in an object construction (building up a special load-bearing, combustion canals etc.). TERM 2000 heating reflectors are installed on the minimum height 2,5m from the floor, which prevents to damage them unintentionally, for instance by the transporting cars. TERM 2000 heating reflectors- as the electrical equipments - do not require the very expensive media installation or the exhaust fumes removal. The equipment functioning does not cause any noise, dust or air humidity in an object. Installing the equipment on a special tripods is also possible.
