Description of the project
Die Idee der Partnerschaft ist,
die Freiwilligenarbeit von Seniorinnen
im Ausland zu einer besser bekannten
Option und zum Werkzeug zu machen,
die der Marginalisierung von älteren
Menschen, insbesondere
der Marginalisierung von älteren
Frauen, entgegenwirken.
Im Projekt realisiert jede
der Partnerorganisationen
ein Pilotprojekt, das einen Aspekt
von Seniorinnen-Freiwilligenarbeit
enthält – in Übereinstimmung
mit ihren eigenen Bedürfnissen,
Erfahrungen und Profilen.
Die Pilotprojekte beinhalten das,
was nötig ist, die SeniorinnenFreiwilligenarbeit im Ausland
zu einer fruchtbaren, nützlichen,
lehrreichen und befriedigenden
Erfahrung zu machen: sowohl
für die Entsende – als auch für die
Aufnahmeorganisation.

The idea of the partnership
is to make senior volunteering
abroad a better known option
and a tool to overcome
marginalization of older people,
especially the marginalization
of older women.
Ideą międzynarodowego
partnerstwa jest to, by wolontariat
seniorski za granicą uczynić opcją
bardziej znaną i dostępną oraz by
stanowił on sposób przezwyciężania
marginalizacji starszych osób,
w szczególności starszych kobiet.
Within the partnership each
project partner is developing
its pilot project, concerning
an aspect of senior volunteering
according to its own needs,
experiences and profile.
Pilot projects concern with
what is needed to make
the senior volunteering abroad
a fruitful, useful, learning
and satisfying experience
for every side: both for senior
volunteers and for sending
and hosting organizations.
W ramach partnerstwa każda
organizacja uczestnicząca
w nim wypracowuje własny
projekt pilotażowy zgodnie
ze swoimi potrzebami,
doświadczeniami oraz profilem.
Dotyczyć on będzie tego,
co jest potrzebne, by zagraniczny
wolontariat seniorski uczynić
doświadczeniem sensownym,
owocnym i satysfakcjonującym
wszystkie strony: zarówno osoby
uczestniczące w nim, jak też
organizację wysyłającą
oraz organizację przyjmującą.
