At Eurohold’s regular AGM today, June 29, 2012, and in connection with the transaction, the following decision was taken: Mr. Krassimir Katev, Managing Director at VTB Capital AD, replaces Mr. Nikolay Vasilev as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Eurohold Bulgaria AD; The Supervisory Board has also elected Mr. Dimitar Dimitrov to assume the position of a Member of the Management Board of Eurohold Bulgaria, replacing Expat Capital AD. Mr. Dimitrov has years of experience in the Bulgarian banking sector and has occupied several executive positions at leading banking institutions.
