Ability to use computer PC or Apple Macintosh on a basic level (level of a secondary school)
Final requirements
Rewriting a fragment of a music text in Finale programme.
Objective of the course
Acquiring ability to use computer programmes to write, edit and export music notation.
Contents
Familiarization with functions of Finale programme in 2010 or newer version. Familiarization
with techniques of writing notes and music signs. Practice in the scope of formatting files,
export to graphic and audio formats.
Educational effects after completion of the course:
- in the scope of knowledge

a student is familiar with the newest technologies used in music and technological
development related to his/her major (K1_W10).
- in the scope of competences

a student is able to gather, analyse and consciously interpret necessary information
