Conc: inquiry contractor selection for the Project :
“ Elaboration and practical application of the new, environmentally friendly kind
of EPS” POIG.01.04.00-12-125/09 - POIG.04.01.00-12-125/09)
We would like to inform you that we are interested to receive your offer for
the Silos for seasoning expanded beads together with hangers on the basis of:
•Technical specifications in annex 1 and 1a to this inquiry.
2.Parties involved in the inquiry proceedings :

3. Offer should contain:
a/ full name of supplier
b/ name of headquarter of the supplier, phone no, VAT number
c) technical information about quoted units
d/ price; in case the units are one of the quoted element, please provide us with price
of each unit
e/ warranty
f/ validity of the offer min. till 08.06.2014
g) references – confirmed participation in at least two similar projects for the last two
years.
h) on behalf of the supplier the offer shall be signed by the authorized
person/persons. The signature shall be readable or stamped.

5 . The Contractor hands the offer in electronic version or by post till 14.02.2014. The
post offer shall be sent in closed envelope to the following address:

6. The ordering Party reserves the right to proceed during the inquiry proceedings in
accordance with its own needs and direction.
7. About ending of the contractor selection procedure the participants will be informed in
written form.
8.The ordering Party reserves the right to conclude the contract with one or more contractors
selected by means of this inquiry proceeding.
9. The ordering Party will not reimburse any expenses to the participants of the inquiry
proceeding arising during the preparation or submission of the offers.
10. The ordering Party reserves the right to cancel or end the process of the contractor
procedure selection, withdraw from the dealing without indicating a reason to select the most
convenient offer according to its opinion.
11.In case that none of the submitted offers have been chosen, the participants have no right
to claim to the ordering Party.
12. In case that none of the submitted offers have been chosen, the ordering Party reserves
the right to negotiate the most convenient offer according to its opinion
13. Criterion of the process contractor selection:
60 % Price
10 % References
15 % Warranty
15 % Availability of service and spare parts, technical support.
