Bentkowska as a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board.

Monika Bentkowska – born in 1969. In 1993 graduated the Law Faculty of the
University of Gdańsk; since 1996 employed in the legal division of Krajowa
Spółdzielcza Kasa Oszczędnościowo-Kredytowa.
In 2004 the winner of the nationwide edition of the Young Specialist of Credit Union
System Contest.
Responsible for drawing up regulations for credit unions as regards admissible risk
norms and uniform procedures for documentation keeping.
I am a member of project teams for drawing up regulations in the scope of
implementing procedures and legal provisions as regards service rendering (contract
templates) in credit unions, as well as in the scope of providing compliance of
regulations applied in SKOK with the generally binding law regulations.
In 2006 – 2007 I was an expert participant of study visits in the countries of Eastern
Europe (Moldova, Ukraine) conducted as a part of programmes financed by the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs. I was an expert in the scope of principles and legal
solutions as regards functioning of credit unions in the context of Polish law
regulations.
Since 2003 I have been coaching employees and management of credit unions in the
scope of:
-
credit union system functioning, including legal regulations in force in credit
unions,
implementation of new regulations in credit unions due to the entering of
amended legal provisions in force,
implementation of regulations in the scope of preventing money laundering,
procedures of service rendering.
I have been coaching members of credit unions from Eastern Europe in the scope of
credit union system functioning in Poland and legal regulations binding in Poland.
Since 2008 I have been cooperating with HSO Sp. z o.o. on behalf of Kasa Krajowa.
The cooperation includes creating solutions in the IT system applied in credit unions
in the scope of changes introduced to the system.
Internal auditor in the scope of quality management system functioning in Kasa
Krajowa; inspector (inspection qualifications granted by Krajowa Rada Spółdzielcza).
