Bathroom with window has spa-like shower. Apartment has a balcony facing east
and it is accessible from living and bedroom. Towels and bed sheets are available
upon request. Towel and sheet service is also available. Monthly rent is EUR 895,00
and is valid for one tenant. Night guest charge is EUR 15.00 per month. Weekly
cleaning service with towel and sheet service is included in monthly rent. Upon end
of tenancy, a final cleaning fee of EUR 60.00 will be charged. DSL is available,
tenant needs to sign up with service provider. Garbage pick-up fee of approx. EUR
6.00 will be charged. Car may be parked on public road. Excellent access to A861
and A3 towards Switzerland is available. Pedestrian bridge to Pratteln/Kaiseraugst
is 25 minutes away. Train station is 5 minutes away. Good shopping opportunities
are available in town. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
