Upholstery woyen fabrics made of polyester yarns or polyester yarns
with addition of synthetics yarns (EL, CF yarns share up to 10%), dyed
with disperse andlor cationic dyestuffs, including flame retardant or
waterproof-flame retardant finish
The results of the inspection made according to OekoTex® Standard 100,
product class IV haye shown that the aboye mentioned goods meet the
human-ecological requirements of the standard presently established for
decoration material.
The certified articles fulfil the requirements of Annex XVII of REACH (ind.
the use of azo-dyes, nickel, etc.) as welI as the American requirement
regarding total content of lead in childrens articles (CPSIA; with the
exception of accessories made from glass).
The holder of the certificate, who has issued a conformity declaration
according to ISO 17050-1, is under an obligation to use the Oeko-Tex® mark
only in conjunction with products that conform with the sample initially
tested. The conformity is yerified by audits.
This authorisation is yalid until 31.12.2015
