Specify objectives for the Sales Advisor team, track, optimise and manage performance to
increase productivity and sales potential. Develop the sales team through participation in
recruitment, managing periodic performance evaluations and initiating regular training to
improve performance.
Control the Sales Advisor team customer portfolio to achieve optimal level of phone expertise
and processes.
Establish objectives for the Sales Advisor Team and support negotiation with customer portfolio
to increase sales.
Control and co-ordinate the activities of the Sales Advisor Team to ensure time and effectiveness
of outbound calls to secure profitable business.
Enforce the use and completion of CRM data by the Sales Advisor Team to ensure relevant
customer information is up to date.

Minimum of 3 years experience of working in sales environment with minimum of 2 years
experience of staff management preferably within packaging business.

Very good knowledge of English language.

Ability to lead, coach, manage and train a sales team (adherence to company standards and
practices) to achieve defined targets.
PC literate, extensive knowledge of MS Office, CRM and advanced ERP environment knowledge
(preferably SAP).
Excellent understanding of sales and customer service.
Complete understanding of customer base and market place - competitors, suppliers, customer
activity / trends.
Ability to work to set targets, deadlines and within time constraints.
Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills as well as strong relationship building
skills and the ability to motivate others.
