Getting from Temporary (Central) Bus Station in Wrocław to Jelenia Góra

We recommend to choose “coach” (PKS) as the transport type because the departure point
is: Temporary (Central) Bus Station located in Plac Joannitów. Please, note that MINIBUS may
departure from other address.
To get from Bus Station in Jelenia Góra to Hotel Artus we suggest to take a taxi.

Getting from Jelenia Góra Bus Station to Karpacz
(distance of 18 km – 20 minutes)
The easiest way to get from Jelenia Góra Bus Station to Hotel Artus in Karpacz is to take taxi
(c. 70-100 PLN) or take bus with ending point: “BACHUS” located in the center of Karpacz.
The bus stop is within 1,2 km (15- 20 minutes) of walking distance from Hotel Artus. To reach
your final destination, please head straight along Kopernika, continue on Obrońcow Pokoju
and turn left into Dzika to reach Wilcza, where Hotel Artus is located.

Information for authors
To support high quality simultaneous interpreting, please send presentations in PDF format to:
[email protected] till 10:00 on Wednesday, 17th June 2015. It is necessary for strengthening
your message for foreign-language participants. That will also guarantee higher quality
of interpretation.
Please note the possibility of printing posters by organizers. For this purpose, please report such need
and send poster in PDF format to: [email protected] till Thursday, 18th June 2015.
Final versions of presentations and printed posters should be handed to the technicians at the
Presenters’ Desk at least half an hour prior to the beginning of the conference. Person
responsible - Mr Jacek Bartkowiak - will be waiting in the conference room from 7:30.
The presentation will then be checked and sorted. No changes will be possible just before beginning
of plenary sessions.
To display a presentation on the conference day we assure the IT equipment supported in Windows
operating system (Microsoft Office 2003). Speakers and Chairpersons can meet in the conference
room 15 minutes prior to their plenary session to be briefed and to get acquainted with
the audio/visual equipment etc. or to solve any problem. Time for oral presentation should not
exceed planned time. Speakers will be allotted a time slot of 15 minutes (except for opening
speeches).
Please note that the Chairman of your plenary session will follow strict instructions
to enforce this time limit, so please time your lecture carefully.
We believe that full paper published in the post – conference materials is the essential part of your
contribution to the conference proceedings. We therefore highly suggest that you submit the full paper
of your speech or report presented in poster. That will be published by The Kostrzyca Forest Gene
Bank as a book with an assigned separated ISBN number. Due to printing, authors will not bear any
additional costs.
Therefore we encourage you to provide the organizers with editable study at the latest on
Thursday, 30th July 2015. Specific details on how to prepare the papers
are provided on our

Registration fee
Participants are requested for payment of the registration fee at a rate: 450 PLN.
For participants who are giving a lecture the registration fee is reduced to 50%, i.e.: 225 PLN.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
The fee for participation in the conference shall be paid into the bank account:

Additional information
All participants wishing to visit The Kostrzyca Forest Gene Bank facilities will have this opportunity
on Friday, the 26th of June, 2015 (from 7:00 am to 15:00 pm).

All participants who will come at the conference venue on Wednesday, 24th June 2015,
are invited to gala dinner at 20:00 at the hotel restaurant.
