Wpusty kanalizacyjne produkcji Capricorn Sp. z o.o. wg normy PN-EN 1253-1:2005 są sklasyfikowane jako
wpusty klasy K3.
Posiadają one również atest higieniczny wydawany przez PZH – Państwowy Zakład Higieny nr
HK/B/1753/01/2005
Zastosowanie
Wpusty kanalizacyjne przeznaczone są do punkowego zbierania wody z powierzchni posadzek pomieszczeń, w
których są zainstalowane. Jednocześnie dzięki wbudowanemu syfonowi blokują wydobywanie się gazów
kanałowych z instalacji.
Wpust kanalizacyjny stosowany jest w miejscach bez ruchu kołowego np. w:
•
Łazienkach,
•
Pralniach,
•
Kotłowniach, itp.
Wszędzie tam gdzie istnieje możliwość zalania powierzchni podłogi a obciążenie nie przekracza 300 kg.
Budowa wpustu kanalizacyjnego:
Wpust wyposażony jest w zamknięcie wodne (syfon), które zapobiega przedostawaniu się gazów z systemu
kanalizacyjnego do pomieszczeń. Zastosowane uszczelnienie syfonu zapobiega przedostawaniu się gazów
kanałowych do pomieszczeń, natomiast uszczelnienie na regulacji zapewnia szczelne połączenie z korpusem
wykluczające przeciek.

Podłączyć króciec montażowy wpustu do rury kanalizacyjnej
Uszczelnić powierzchnię izolacją przeciwwilgociową
Wcisnąć starannie syfon do korpusu aż do momentu schowania ringu
uszczelniającego połączenie, tak aby równomiernie rozłożyć siłę nacisku.
Na syfon nałożyć kapturek
Dostosować regulację wysokości wpustu do powierzchni posadzki poprzez
docięcie regulacji (należy przy tym pamiętać aby o-ring uszczelniający
połączenie korpusu z regulacją wysokości był zawsze na ostatnim rowku
regulacji wysokości wpustu.
Wcisnąć regulację wysokości wpustu wraz z kratką ze stali szlachetnej w
korpus tak aby o-ring uszczelnił połączenie,
Zalać jastrychem z zewnętrznych stron wpust kanalizacyjny,
Po zakończeniu wszelkich prac budowlano remontowych należy ściągnąć folię
ochronną kratki wpustu kanalizacyjnego.

Sewerage inlets made by Capricorn Ltd according to standard PN-EN 1253-1:2005 are classified as inlets class
K3. They also have a hygiene certificate issued by PZH – National Hygiene Institute no. HK/B/1753/01/2005
Application
Sewerage inlets are used for point collection of water from the floors of rooms in which they are installed. At
the same time, due to the installed drain trap they block the emission of sewer gasses from the system.
A sewerage inlet is used in places without vehicular traffic, such as:
•
bathrooms,
•
laundries,
•
boiler rooms, etc.
Everywhere there is a possibility of flooding the floor and the load does not exceed 300 kg.
The structure of a sewerage inlet:
The inlet has a water seal (drain trap) which prevents the emission of gasses from the sewerage system to
rooms. The drain trap sealing used prevents the emission of gasses from the sewerage system to rooms and
the seal on the regulator ensures air-tight connection with the body, eliminating leaks.

Installation:

Insert the inlet body into the sewerage inlet opening,
Attach the installation connector pipe to the sewerage pipe,
Seal the surface with anti-moisture insulation,
Carefully insert the drain trap into the body until the ring sealing the connection
is covered, evenly distributing the force,
Cover the drain trap with the cap,
Adjust inlet height to the floor surface by cutting the regulator (remember that
the O-ring sealing the connection of the body with the height regulator always be
on the last groove of the inlet height regulator),
Insert the inlet height regulator with the stainless steel grate into the body, so
that the O-ring seals the connection,
Fill with screed around the sewerage inlet,
After the completion of all construction and repair work, remove the protective
film from the sewerage inlet.

Die Bodenabläufe vom Fabrikat Capricorn Sp. z o.o. werden laut der Norm PN-EN 1253-1:2005 als
Bodenabläufe der Klasse K3 klassifiziert. Sie verfügen auch über Hygieneattest Nr. HK/B/1753/01/2005,
ausgestellt von PZH – Państwowy Zakład Higieny (Staatliche Hygieneanstalt).
Einsatzbereich
Die Bodenabläufe sind für punktförmiges Wassersammeln von den Fußbodenflächen der Räume, in den sie
eingebaut wurden, bestimmt. Dank dem installiertem Siphon gerät kein Gestank aus der Kanalisation in die
Räume.
Die Bodenabläufe werden in den Stellen montiert, wo es keinen Fahrzeugverkehr gibt, z.B.:

Badezimmer,
•
Wäschereien,
•
Kesselräume usw.
Überall dort, wo die Überschwemmung der Fußbodenfläche möglich ist und die Belastung 300 kg nicht
überschreitet.
Bau des Bodenablaufes:
Der Ablauf ist mit einem Wasserverschluss (Siphon) ausgerüstet, der das Durchdringen von Gestank und Gase
aus der Kanalisationsleitung in den Raum verhindert. Die eingesetzte Abdichtung schont vor Durchdringen der
Kanalgase in die Räume, hingegen die Dichtung an der Höheneinstellung sichert eine dichte Verbindung mit
dem Gehäuse, was die Leckagen ausschließt.

Siphongehäuse in der Öffnung für Entwässerungsablauf vorbereitet, anpassen,
den Ablaufstutzen an das Abwasserrohr anschließen
die Fläche mit dem Feuchtigkeitsschutz bedecken,
den Siphon mit Sorgfalt ins Siphongehäuse stecken bis sich der O-Ring
verbirgt, damit die Presskräfte gleichmäßig verteilt sind,
die Siphonkappe auflegen,
die Höhenregulation des Ablaufs dem OK des Fußbodens durch zuschneiden der
Regulation anpassen (dabei merken, dass der O-Ring zur Abdichtung des
Gehäuses mit der Höheneinstellung immer in der letzten Rille der
Höheneinstellung liegen muss),
die Höheneinstellung zusammen mit dem Rost aus Edelstahl ins Gehäuse so
stecken, damit der O-Ring die Verbindung abdichtet,
den Bodenablauf von Außen mit Estrich befüllen,
nach Abschluss aller Montagearbeiten die Schutzfolie vom Rost des Ablaufs
abziehen.

Канализационные трапы производства фирмы Capricorn согласно норме PN-EN 1253-1:2005 классифицируются как трапы класса
K3. Имеют также гигиенический сертификат, выданный ГИГ – Государственным Институтом Гигиены № HK/B/1753/01/2005
Применение
Канализационные трапы предназначены для точеного удаления воды с поверхности покрытий пола в помещениях, в которых они
установлены. Одновременно благодаря встроенному сифону блокируют выход канальных газов из канализационной системы.
Канализационный трап применяется в местах без колесного движения, например в:
•
Ванных комнатах,
•
Прачечных,
•
Котельных и т.п.
Везде там, где есть возможность затопления поверхности пола, а нагрузка не превышает 300 кг.
Конструкция канализационного трапа:
Трап оснащен сифонным затвором, который предотвращает попадание газов из канализационной системы в помещения.
Применяемое уплотнение сифона предотвращает попадание канальных газов в помещения, а уплотнение на регуляции
обеспечивает герметичное соединение с корпусом, исключающее протекание.

Способ монтажа:

Корпус трапа совместить с отверстием, предназначенным для канализационного трапа
Подсоединить монтажный патрубок трапа к канализационной трубе
Уплотнить поверхность гидроизоляцией
Вставить сифон в корпус до момента, когда кольцо, уплотняющее соединение спрячется так,
чтобы равномерно разложить силу давления.
На сифон наложить колпак
Подобрать высоту трапа к поверхности покрытия пола, подрезая регуляцию (при этом
следует помнить чтобы "о"- образное кольцо, уплотняющее соединение корпуса с регуляцией
высоты было всегда на последнем пазе регуляции высоты трапа).
Вставить регуляцию высоты трапа вместе с решеткой из благородной стали в корпус так,
чтобы "о"- образное кольцо уплотнило соединение,
Монолитным полом залить с внешних сторон канализационный трап,
После завершения всех строительно-ремонтных работ следует снять защитную пленку
решетки канализационного трапа.

Les orifices d’entrée fabriqués par Capricorn Sp. z o.o., suivant la norme PN-EN 1253-1:2005, sont classifiés en tant qu’orifices de classe
K3. Ils possèdent aussi un certificat d’hygiène délivré par PZH – Entreprise Nationale d’Hygiène n° HK/B/1753/01/2005.
Utilisation
Les orifices d’entrée sont destinés à l'évacuation ponctuelle d'eau de la supérficie des planchers des pièces, où ils sont installés. En même
temps, grâce au siphon incorporé, ils bloquent l’extraction des gaz de l’installation.
Un orifice d’entrée est utilisé dans les lieux sans mouvement circulaire ex. dans:
•
les salles-de-bains,
•
les laveries,
•
les chaufferies, etc.
Partout là où il existe un risque d'inondation du plancher, et la charge ne depasse pas 300 kg.
La construction de l’orifice d’entrée:
L’orifice est équipé d’un dispositif hydraulique (siphon) qui empêche la pénétration des gaz du système d’assainissement à des pièces. Le
joint d’étanchéité du siphon empêche la pénétration des gaz du système d’assainissement à des pièces, et le joint d’étanchéité sur la
régulation assure un raccordement étanche avec le corps, excluant ainsi le flux.

Mode de montage:

Passer le corps de l’orifice dans le trou destiné à l’orifice d’entrée.
Raccorder la tubulure de l’orifice à la tube de canalisation.
Etancher la supérficie avec une isolation contre humidité.
Insérer avec soin le siphon au corps jusqu’au moment de cacher le joint torique de façon à
répartir uniformement la force de pression.
Mettre le capuchon sur le siphon.
Adapter la régulation de hauteur de l’orifice à la supérficie du plancher en coupant l’adaptateur
(il y faut se rappeller que le joint torique qui étanche le raccordement du corps avec la régulation
de hauteur soit toujours sur la dernière rainure de la régulation de hauteur de l’orifice).
Enfoncer la régulation de hauteur de l’orifice avec la grille en acier précieux dans le corps de
façon à ce que le joint torique étanche le raccordement.
Mettre le revêtement de sol sans joints de côtés externes de l’orifices.
Après avoir terminé tous les travaux de construction et d'aménagement il faut enlever le film de
protection de la grille de l'orifice d'entrée.

Použití
Kanalizační vpusti jsou určeny k bodovému odvádění vody z povrchu podlah místností, v nichž jsou instalovány.
Protože mají zabudovaný sifon, zabraňují pronikání kanálových plynů z instalace.
Kanalizační vpusť se používá ve všech mokrých místnostech, např. v:
•
koupelnách,
•
prádelnách,
•
kotelnách, atp.
Všude tam, kde je riziko zaplavení podlahy a zatížení nepřekračuje 300 kg.
Konstrukce kanalizační vpusti:
Vpusť je vybavena sifonem, který zabraňuje pronikání plynů z kanalizační instalace do místností. Použité
utěsnění sifonu zabraňuje pronikání kanálových plynů do místností, zatímco utěsnění kolem nastavení zajišťuje
těsné spojení s tělesem zabraňující prosakování.

Způsob montáže:

Těleso vpusti zapustit do otvoru určeného pro kanalizační vpusť.
Hrdlo vpusti napojit na kanalizační trubku.
Povrch utěsnit protivlhkostní izolací.
Sifon pečlivě zatlačit do tělesa, až do okamžiku skrytí kroužku utěsňujícího
spoj, tak aby byla rovnoměrně rozložena síla přítlaku.
Na sifon nasadit víčko.
Nastavení výšky vpusti přizpůsobit k povrchu podlahy ořezáním nastavení
(je třeba pamatovat, aby o-ring utěsňující spojení tělesa s nastavením
výšky byl vždy na poslední drážce nastavení výšky vpusti.
Nastavení výšky vpusti zatlačit společně s mřížkou z ušlechtilé oceli do
tělesa tak, aby o-ring utěsnil spojení.
Kanalizační vpusť zalít potěrem z vnější strany.
Po ukončení veškerých stavebně-údržbových prací je třeba stáhnout
ochrannou fólii z mřížky kanalizační vpusti.

Las entradas de canalización producidas por Capricorn Sp. z o.o. según la norma PN-EN 1253-1:2005 están
clasificadas como entradas de canalización clase K3.
Poseen también el certificado de higiene expedido por el NIH - Instituto Nacional de Higiene no
HK/B/1753/01/2005
Aplicación
Las entradas de canalización están diseñadas para recoger el agua de la superficie del suelo de los cuartos, en
los que están instaladas. Al mismo tiempo, gracias al sifón integrado impiden que salgan los gases de los
canales.
La entrada de canalización se utiliza en lugares sin tráfico, tales como:
• Baños,
• Servicios de lavandería
• Salas de calderas, etc.
Siempre que exista una posibilidad de inundación de la superficie del suelo y la carga no exceda de 300 kg.
Construcción de la entrada de canalización:
La entrada está equipada con un sifón, que impide que los gases del sistema de drenaje entren en los locales.
La junta aplicada previene que entren los gases de canales a los locales, y la junta de la regulación establece
una conexión ajustada con el cuerpo impidiendo gotera.

Montaje:
•
Ajustar el cuerpo de la entrada al agujero destinado para su montaje
•
Conectar la unión de montaje de la entrada al tubo de canalización
•
Sellar la superficie con aislamiento anti-humedad
•
Insertar cuidadosamente el sifón al cuerpo hasta que se esconda el o-ring
sellando la conexión, de manera que la fuerza de presión sea igual
•
Poner la capcha en el sifón
•
Ajustar la altitud de la entrada al superficie del suelo cortando la el elemento
regulador. (recuerde que el o-ring que sella la conexión del cuerpo con el
elemento regulador de la altitud esté siempre en la última ranura de la
regulación de la altitud de la entrada.
•
Insertar la regulación de la altitud de la entrada junto con la cuadrícula de
acero inoxidable dentro del cuerpo de manera que el o-ring selle la conexión,
•
Abrevar con el hormigón la entrada de canalización por los lados externos
•
Al terminar todos los trabajos de construcción quitar el nylon de protección
de la cuadrícula de la entrada de canalización.

Bocchette di scarico prodotte dalla ditta Capricorn s.a.r.l. secondo la norme PN-EN 1253-1:2005 vengono
classificate come le bocchette di classe K3. Hanno anche il certificato di igiene rilasciato da PZH - Azienda
nazionale dell’Igiene n. HK/B/1753/01/2005
Uso:
Bocchette di scarico vengono usate per la raccolta dell’acqua proveniente dai pavimenti nei locali in cui sono
installate. Grazie al sifone bloccano l’uscita dei gas dalla fognatura.
Bocchetta di scarico è usata nei luoghi privi dal traffico veicolare a.d. in:
•
Bagni,
•
Lavanderie,
•
Locali delle caldaie, etc.
In ogni locale dove c’è la possibilità di innondare il pavimento ed il carico non oltrepassa 300 kg.
Struttura della bocchetta di scarico:
La boccheta possie de la chiusura d’acqua (pozzetto intercettatore) che impedisce l’uscita dei gas dalla
fognatura. La tenuta del sifone impedisce l’uscita dei gas dalla fognatura, mentre la tenuta sulla regolazione
garantisce il collegamento ermetico con la carcassa il che impedisce la fuga.

Montaggio:
•
Mettere la carcassa della bocchetta nel foro destinato alla bocchetta di
scarico
•
Collegare il tubo di giunzione della boccheta alla fogna
•
Guarnire la superficie con l’isolante idrofugo
•
Infilare bene il sifone nella carcassa fino a nascondere l’o-ring di tenuta,
premendolo regolarmente.
•
Mettere la cappa sul sifone
•
Adattare l’altezza della boccheta alla superficie del pavimento tagliando la
regolazione (ricordare che l'o-ring di tenuta della carcassa si trovi sempre
sull’ultimo incavo della regolazione di bocchetta).
•
Infilare la regolazione di bocchetta insime alla griglia di acciaio nella carcassa
affinché l’o-ring guarnisca il collegamento,
•
Dopo l’istallazione della boccheta di scarico, rivestire la superficie col
pavimento a smalto.
•
Finiti tutti i lavori di costruzzione, togliere il foglio di protezione dalla griglia
della bocchetta di scarico.

Grătarele de scurgere pentru canalizare produse de compania Capricorn Sp. z.o.o. în conformitate cu normele
PN-EN 1253-1:2005 sunt calificate ca grătare de scurgere clasa K3. De asemenea, posedă atestarea igienică
emisă de către PZH – Întreprinderea Naţională a Igienei nr HK/B/1753/01/2005
Întrebuinţare
Grătarele de scurgere pentru canalizare sunt destinate pentru strângerea punctiformă a apei de pe suprafaţa
pardoselilor încăperilor în care sunt instalate. În acelaşi timp datorită sifonului blochează ieşirea gazelor de
canal din instalaţii.
Grătarele de scurgere pentru canalizare sunt folosite în locurile unde nu există mişcare circulară de ex. în :
•
Băi,
•
Spălătorii,
•
Sala cazanelor, etc.
Peste tot unde există posibilitatea de inundare a pardoselii, iar capacitatea nu depăşeşte 300 de kg.
Construcţia grătarului de scurgere pentru canalizare:
Grătarul de scurgere este echipat în element de blocare a apei (sifon), care împiedică ieşirea gazelor din
sistemul de canalizare în încăperi. Etanşarea folosită pentru sifon împiedică ieşirea gazelor din sistemul de
canalizare în încăperi, iar etanşarea pe reglare asigură o îmbinare ermetică cu corpul excluzând scurgerile.

Modul de montare:
•
capacul grătarului de scurgere introduceţi-l în gaura destinată pentru
grătarul de scurgere pentru canalizare
•
Cuplaţi ştuţul de montare a grătarului de scurgere la conducta de
canalizare
•
Etanşaţi suprafaţa cu izolare contra umezelii
•
Apăsaţi sifonul în corp până în momentul când o-ring-ul se fa ascunde,
ceea ce etanşează îmbinările, în aşa fel ca puterea apăsării să fie
egală peste tot.
•
Pe sifon puneţi capacul
•
Potriviţi reglarea înălţimii grătarului de scurgere la suprafaţa pardoselii
prin micşorarea reglării (trebuie să se ţină minte ca o-ring-ul de
etanşare a îmbinărilor corpului cu reglarea înălţimii să fie întodeauna în
ultimul canal de reglare a înălţimii grătarului de scurgere.
•
Apăsaşi reglarea de înălţime a grătarului de scurgere împreună cu
grilajul din oţel nobil în corp în aşa fel ca o-ring-ul să etanşeze
îmbinările,
•
Turnaţi podeaua monolită pe partea exterioară a grătarului de scurgere
pentru canalizare.
•
După finisarea lucrărilor de construcţii şi renovare trebuie să se dea
jos folia de protecţie a grătarului de scurgere pentru canalizare.

Dziękujemy za zakup produktu firmy Capricorn Sp. z o.o. Informujemy, że na zakupiony przez Państwa produkt
udzielana jest 2 letnia gwarancja, liczona od daty zakupu. W ramach obowiązywania gwarancji będą usuwane
nieodpłatnie usterki zakupionego produktu pod warunkiem, że zostały one spowodowane wadami
produkcyjnymi bądź technicznymi produktu, a produkt był użytkowany zgodnie z przeznaczeniem i wymogami
zawartymi w instrukcji obsługi. Prosimy o zapoznanie się ze szczegółowymi warunkami gwarancji podanymi na

Warunki gwarancji
Warunki gwarancji
1. Gwarancja stanowi zobowiązanie producenta zwanego dalej Gwarantem do nieodpłatnego usunięcia wad fizycznych rzeczy
sprzedanej w okresie wymienionym na pierwszej stronie niniejszej gwarancji, licząc do daty sprzedaży.
2. Niniejsza karta gwarancyjna wraz z dokumentem zakupu jest dowodem przysługującej gwarancji.
3. Niniejsza gwarancja nie obejmuje zakupionych wyrobów, w których uszkodzenia powstały na skutek:
-montażu niezgodnego z instrukcją montażu, eksploatacji niezgodnej z przeznaczeniem,
-mechanicznego uszkodzenia wyrobu powstałego wskutek niewłaściwego przechowywania, transportu, lub nie wykonania
przewidzianych zabiegów konserwujących,
- naturalnego zużycia będącego konsekwencją użytkowania wyrobu w trakcie prawidłowej eksploatacji,
- napraw dokonanych przez osoby nieupoważnione,
- czynności konserwacyjno-naprawczych wykonanych przez użytkownika w wyniku których wada powstała.
4. Reklamacje z tytułu wad ukrytych należy zgłaszać na piśmie Sprzedawcy, bądź bezpośrednio Gwarantowi, w ciągu 2-ch dni
roboczych od ich wykrycia z jednoczesnym podaniem opisu stwierdzonej wady. Kupujący zobowiązany jest do wskazania w
zgłoszeniu, czy zgłasza reklamację z tytułu gwarancji, czy też z innego tytułu.
5. W przypadku, gdy wada wyrobu stanowiąca przedmiot reklamacji jest według oceny Gwaranta usuwalna, obowiązki
gwarancyjne wykonywane będą w drodze naprawy gwarancyjnej. Jeżeli charakter wady nie wymaga jej usuwania w warunkach
fabrycznych, Przedstawiciel Gwaranta może dokonać naprawy gwarancyjnej w lokalu Kupującego, w którym znajdują się wadliwe wyroby. Kupujący w takim przypadku zobowiązany jest do dołożenia należytej staranności we współdziałaniu i umożliwieniu
naprawy wyrobów. Jeżeli charakter wady wymaga jej usunięcia w warunkach fabrycznych, Kupujący, na wezwanie Gwaranta,
zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia do Gwaranta albo jego Przedstawiciela wyrobu lub jego części składowych wymagających
naprawy osobiście, przesyłką pocztową lub kurierską. Gwarant nie ma obowiązku dostarczania Kupującemu wyrobu
zamiennego na czas wykonywania obowiązków gwarancyjnych. Odmowa wydania wyrobu (jego części) do naprawy w
warunkach fabrycznych, bądź jej uniemożliwienie w lokalu Kupującego oznaczać będzie, że Kupujący zwolnił Gwaranta z
wykonania obowiązków gwarancyjnych i zrzekł się wszelkich roszczeń z tytułu gwarancji względem Gwaranta. Koszty
dostarczenia wyrobu lub jego części składowych do Gwaranta, ponosi Kupujący.
6. W przypadku, gdy wada wyrobu jest nieusuwalna lub jej usunięcie jest nieuzasadnione względami ekonomicznymi lub też
mogłoby spowodować obniżenie jakości wyrobu, wykonanie obowiązków gwarancyjnych nastąpi:
a) według wyboru Gwaranta bądź poprzez wymianę wyrobu na nowy, tego samego rodzaju, wolny od wad, bądź
poprzez zapłatę Kupującemu kwoty odpowiadającej cenie sprzedaży wadliwego wyrobu za jednoczesnym wydaniem
Gwarantowi przez Kupującego wadliwego wyrobu (z chwilą wydania wyrobu Gwarantowi Kupujący przeniesie na jego
rzecz własność wyrobu), lub
b) za zgodą Kupującego przez obniżenie ceny wyrobu w wysokości proporcjonalnej do spowodowanej wadą, utraty
walorów funkcjonalnych lub estetycznych wyrobu.
7. W przypadku uznania reklamacji za uzasadnioną, naprawa gwarancyjna lub wymiana wyrobu na nowy nastąpi w ciągu 14 dni
od daty otrzymania reklamacji. W szczególnych przypadkach, kiedy dotrzymanie powyższego terminu będzie niemożliwe z
przyczyn niezależnych od Gwaranta, termin wykonania obowiązków gwarancyjnych może ulec przedłużeniu o kolejne 14 dni, o
czym Kupujący zostanie powiadomiony oddzielnym pismem.
8. Podstawę rozpatrzenia reklamacji stanowi podpisana karta gwarancyjna.
9. Okres naprawy gwarancyjnej przedłuża odpowiednio czas udzielonej gwarancji.
10. Złożenie podpisu przez Kupującego oznacza wyrażenie zgody na postanowienia niniejszej Karty gwarancyjnej.

Thank you for buying this product of Capricorn Ltd. We would like to inform you that the product which you
have purchased has a 2-year warranty, counting from the date of purchase. This warranty is free of charge and
is for the removal of flaws of purchased products on the condition that they were caused by manufacturing or
technical flaws of the product, and the product was used in accordance with its intended use and requirements
included in the operation manual. Please read the detailed warranty terms and conditions on the reverse of the
warranty card. This warranty does not cancel nor limit the rights of the Buyer resulting from inconsistencies of
the product with the contract.

The warranty constitutes an obligation of the manufacturer, hereinafter referred to as the Guarantor,
to remove, free of charge, any physical flaws of the product mentioned in the first page of this
warranty, counting from the date of sale
This warranty card, with the document of purchase, is a proof of a valid warranty.
This warranty does not cover purchased products which have been damaged as a result of:
•
installation inconsistent with the installation manual, use inconsistent with the intended use,
•
mechanical damage of the product due to improper storage, transport or not performing required
maintenance operations,
•
natural wear resulting from normal use of the product,
•
repairs conducted by unauthorised persons,
•
maintenance and repair actions conducted by the user, which have contributed to the occurrence
of the flaw.
Complaints about hidden flaws should be reported to the Seller in writing, or directly to the Guarantor,
within 2 working days from noticing them, with a description of the noticed flaw. The buyer is obligated
to indicate in the complaint whether it is based on the warranty or something else.
If the flaw of the product being the object of the complaint can be removed in the Guarantor's opinion,
warranty procedures will be carried out as part of warranty repair. If the character of the flaw does not
require removal in factory conditions, the Guarantor's Representative can perform the warranty repair
in the Buyer's premises where the faulty products are located. In such a case, the Buyer is obligated to
try as best as possible to cooperate in and facilitate the repair of the products. If the character of the
flaw requires its removal in factory conditions, the Buyer, per the Guarantor's request, is obligated to
deliver the product or its components which require repair to the Guarantor or their Representative, via
postal or delivery mail. The Guarantor is not obligated to provide a replacement product for Buyer for
the time of performing warranty obligations. Refusal to supply the product (or its part) for repair in
factory conditions or making it impossible to repair it on the Buyer's premises will mean that the Buyer
has freed the Guarantor from the performance of warranty obligations and has relinquished all
warranty-related claims against the Guarantor. The costs of supplying of the product or its components
to the Guarantor are borne by the Buyer.
If the flaw cannot be removed or its removal is not recommended due to economical considerations, or
could result in reduction of the product's quality, warranty duties will be carried out:
a) as decided by the Guarantor, through the replacement of the product with a new
one, of the same type, free of flaws, or by paying the Buyer an amount equal to the price of the
sale of the faulty product, with the Buyer supplying the faulty product to the Guarantor at the
same time (with the handing over of the product to the Guarantor, the Buyer shall transfer the
ownership of the product to the Guarantor), or
b) with the Buyer's consent, through a price reduction, in an amount proportional to the loss of
functional or esthetical values of the product caused by the flaw.
If the complaint is considered justified, a warranty repair or replacement of the product with a new one
will take place within 14 days from the date of receiving the complaint. In special cases, where it wil be
impossible to meet the above deadline for reasons not dependent on the Guarantor, the deadline of
performing warranty obligations can be extended by 14 more days, about which the Buyer will be
notified in a separate letter.
The basis for investigating a complaint is a signed warranty card.
The warranty repair period correspondingly extends the duration of the warranty.
The signing by the Buyer of the warranty card means their consent to its provisions.
