The TOU-232KIT optical kit allows to realize an installation
for SAT-IF, DTT and DAB/FM signals transmission with
using the fiber optics technology. Immunity to
electromagnetic interferences and low attenuation enabling
long transmission distance of the signal. The main elements
of the kit are a converter and an optical outdoor unit.
The LNB receives satellite signals in 10,7-11,7 and
11,7-12,75 GHz bands, amplifies them and converts them
into 950-5450 MHz band. The LNB is connected to the
optical outdoor unit.
The optical outdoor unit combines satellite signals from the
LNB and terrestrial signals from DTT and DAB/FM
antennas. The combined signal is converted into optical
form and applied to 2 optical FC/PC outputs. Each optical
output allows for signal distribution to 32 receiving points
within a radius of 10 km, using a single-mode optical fiber.
