LECTURE: Sustainable development and urban development law . The concept of transformation, regeneration , restoration ,
process and program. The life cycle of the site use . Urban Revitalization - objectives and tools . Revitalization program as a
municipal document . The structure and implementation of the program . Description of the crisis and the delimitation of the
revitalization area. Document analysis. Social, economic and spatial issues of urban regeneration . Public participation and
revitalization program . The revitalization of public spaces and residential areas . Redevelopment of brownfield sites , military
sites. Activities as part of regeneration programs. Value of the urban environment. Methods and criteria of urban systems
evaluation and criteria of evaluation methods and trends of landscape restoration components and systems, methods and directions
