(PL) Montaż uchwytu uniwersalnego KSAL-1 (KSOL-1) dla dodatkowego kolektora należy
przeprowadzić analogicznie do montażu uchwytu uniwersalnego KSAL-2 (KSOL-2) dla dwóch
kolektorów.
(GB) The assembly of the KSAL-1 (KSOL-1) universal holder for an additional collector should
be done similarly to the assembly of the KSAL -2 (KSOL-2) universal holder for two collectors.
(D) Den Einbau der Universalhalterung KSAL-1 (KSOL-1) für Zusatzkollektor soll analog dem
Einbau der Universalhalterung KSAL-2 (KSOL -2) für zwei Kollektoren durchgeführt warden.

Uchwyt uniwersalny KSAL-1 (KSOL-1) służy do zamocowania dodatkowego kolektora KS2000 na bazie
uchwytu uniwersalnego KSAL-2 (KSOL-2).
Kolejne czynności montażu:
1. Zamocować na stałe górny uchwyt hakowy (5) do kształtownika wzdłużnego (1), wyrównując jego krawędź z górną krawędzią
kształtownika i mocno dokręcić.
2. Po usunięciu wybranych dachówek, przy pomocy wkrętów zamocować dolny uchwyt hakowy (5) do łaty w odległości około 1,1m od
dolnego uchwytu hakowego stelaża KSAL-2 (KSOL-2).
3. Zamocować kształtownik wzdłużny (1) dopasowując go do założonego uprzednio dolnego uchwytu hakowego. Przy pomocy
wkrętów zamocować górny uchwyt hakowy do łat. Dokręcić mocno nakrętki mocujące kształtownik do dolnego uchwytu.
4. Zamocować górny kształtownik poprzeczny (z mniejszą ilością wkładek gumowych) (2), oraz dolny (3) do kształtownika wzdłużnego
(1). Kształtownik poprzeczny górny (2) oraz kształtownik poprzeczny dolny (3) połączyć ze stelażem uchwytu uniwersalnego KSAL2 (KSOL-2) używając do tego celu wkładek (7), śrub (10), podkładek (11) oraz nakrętek (12).
5. Podczas montażu kolektora na stelażu zdjąć górne chwytaki (4). Kolektory słoneczne umieścić na platformie stelaża z zachowaniem
dystansu pomiędzy nimi 85mm. Założyć i dokręcić górne chwytaki kolektora (4) oraz nałożyć osłony nakrętki (13).
6. Dosunąć i dokręcić dolne chwytaki kolektora (4) oraz nałożyć osłony nakrętki (13).
Uwagi:
•
W przypadku montażu na dachu pokrytym blacho-dachówką lub pokryciem bitumicznym należy dodatkowo zmodyfikować
uchwyty hakowe (5) poprzez odcięcie ich zaczepów.
The KSAL-1 (KSOL-1) universal holder is used to mount an additional KS2000 collector on the base of
KSAL-1 (KSOL-2) universal holder.
Steps of the assembly:
1. Attach permanently the top hook holder (5) to the vertical bar (1), aligning its edge with the top edge of the profile and tighten the
nuts.
2. After removing the necessary roof tiles, attach the bottom hook holder (5) to the lash using wood screws, leaving about 1,1m of
space from bottom hook holder of the KSAL-2 (KSOL-2) frame.
3. Attach the vertical bar (1), adjusting its spacing to the previously attached bottom hook holders. Using wood screws attach the top
hook holders to the lash. Tighten the nuts attaching the vertical bar to the bottom holder.
4. Attach the top horizontal bar (the one with less rubber washers) (2), and the bottom one (3) to the vertical bar (1). Attach the top (2)
and the bottom (3) horizontal bars with the frame of the KSAL-2 (KSOL-2) universal holder using inserts (7), screws (10), washers
(11) and nuts (12).
5. During the assembly, remove the upper collector graspers (4). Place solar collectors on the rack with distance between them 85mm.
Put the top graspers (4) in the place marked with rubber washers and put caps on the nuts (13).
6. Push in and screw tight the bottom graspers of the collector (4) and put caps on the nuts (13).
Additional information:
• If the roof is covered with metal roofing tiles or bituminous material, the hook holders (5) should be modified by cutting off the
hooks.
Universalhalterung KSAL-1 (KSOL-1) ist zur Befestigung des zusätzlichen Kollektors KS2000 auf der
Basis der Korrekturhalterung KSAL-2 (KSOL 2) bestimmt.
Montageschritte:
1. Die obere Hakenhalterung (5) an das Längsprofil (1) befestigen, ihre Kante mit der oberen Profilkante abgleichen und fest anziehen.
2. Nach dem Herausnehmen der gewählten Dachziegel die untere Hakenhalterung (5) an die Dachlatten in dem Abstand von ca. 1.1
m von der unteren Halterung des Gestells KSAL-2 (KSOL-2) mittels Schrauben.
3. Das Längsprofil (1) befestigen, seine Lage an die vorher aufgesetzte untere Hakenhalterung anpassen. Die obere Hakenhalterung
an die Dachlatten mittels Schrauben befestigen. Die Befestigungsmutter, die das Profil mit unterer Halterung verbinden, fest
anziehen.
4. Das obere Querprofil (mit kleinerer Anzahl der Gummizwischenstücke) (2), und das untere Querprofil (3) an Längsprofil (1)
befestigen. Das obere Querprofil (2) sowie das untere Querprofil (3) mit dem Gestell der Universalhalterung KSAL-2 (KSOL-2)
mittels Zwischenstücke (7), Schrauben (10), Scheiben (11) sowie Muttern (12) verbinden.
5. Den Sonnenkollektor auf die Gestellplattform aufsetzen, den Abstand von 85 mm zwischen den Kollektoren einhalten.
6. Die unteren Kollektorhalterungen (4) aneinander schieben und befestigen, die Mutterkappen (13) auflegen.
Bemerkungen:
•
Bei dem Einbau auf dem Dach mit der Blech oder Bitumenüberdeckung sind zusätzlich die Hakenhalterungen durch
Abschneiden der Haken (5) anzupassen.
