Bazując na typoszeregu produkowanych przez CHEMET
pionowych i poziomych zbiorników kriogenicznych umieściliśmy w naszej ofercie kompleksowy produkt - stacje regazyfikacji gazów skroplonych takich jak ciekły tlen (LOX),
azot (LIN), argon (LAR) oraz skroplony gaz ziemny (LNG).
Basing on the series of vertical and horizontal cryogenic
tanks produced by CHEMET, we added to our offer a comprehensive product - stations for regasification of liquefied
gases such as liquefied oxygen (LOX), liquefied nitrogen
(LIN), liquefied argon (LAR) and liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Głównymi elementami instalacji regazyfikacji są:
- Zbiornik kriogeniczny (pionowy lub poziomy) wyposażony
w własną instalację do załadunku oraz rozładunku, a także w moduł podnoszenia ciśnienia (PBU) wraz z parownicą
wstępną.
- Parownice atmosferyczne.
- Podgrzewacz gazu.
- Panel redukcyjny I-go stopnia.
- Nawanialnia (tylko dla LNG).
- Instalacja sprężonego azotu do napędu zaworów
pneumatycznych.
- Instalacja AKPiA.
The main components of the regasification installation are:
- Cryogenic tank (vertical or horizontal) equipped with
its own loading and unloading installation as well
as the pressure boosting unit (PBU) with initial vaporizers
- Atmospheric vaporizers
- Gas heater
- 1st-degree reduction panel
- Odorizing unit (only for LNG)
- Compressed nitrogen installation for pneumatic valve drive
- CMIA Installation (Control and Measurement Instruments
and Automation Installation)
The size of the tank and station capacity are determined depending on the customer needs.
