HOW TO PREPARE FILES FOR SPECIAL PURPOSE PRODUCTS. This specification shows how to prepare print files for special purpose products. If you have any doubts please visit our website’s FAQ page or contact Technical Support. 1 FILE TYPES We only accept finalised output PDF files. PDF PDF - wersja 1.3 lub 1.6, - PostScript - 1.6, level 1, 2 lub 3, - osadzone wszystkie - PostScript level elementy 1, 2 or 3, graficzne, - teksty zamienione w krzywe, - design elements must be embedded, - bez-profili kolorystycznych, all texts must be outlined, - bitmapy zapisane z kompresją LZW lub JPG, - MUST NOT contain color profiles, - TrimBox określający wymiar - bitmaps savedostateczny with LZW lub JPG,pracy, - BleedBox wymiar ze spadami, - eachokreślający design saved as a pracy separate file, - każdy motyw w osobnym pliku, - PDF filestprzygotowany can not be password protected. - plików PDF nie wolno zabezpieczać hasłem. 2 TEMPLATE All print files need to be designed using a special template available on our webpage. ATTENTION! If the files are not designed on the Printhouse template then the coustomer may be charged for an additional work required to adjust the files to the Printhouse. The Printhouse reserves the right to cancel an order which files are not prepared according to our specification and/or on our template. 3 SCALE All print files must be prepared in 1:1 scale. ATTENTION! The Printhouse will not be held liable for any misprints if the client scales or in any other way alters the templates. 4 COLORS All print files must be prepared in CMYK color space with an 8-bit color depth. If the files contain colors other than CMYK those colors will be automatically converted to CMYK color space. To obtain the right saturation of the black color depth the following values must be used C0 M0 Y0 K100. Total ink limit (TIL) must not exceed 300%. ATTENTION! The same color can have a different tint when printed on different materials. 5 RESOLUTION All print files must be prepared in 100-150ppi resolution. The resolution of print files cannot be lower than 72ppi and higher than 150ppi. 6 BLEED AND SAFE AREA Bleeds and safe area are embedded in the templates. When designing your artwork you must always comply with bleeds and safe area embedded in the template. ATTENTION! When you complete your design you need to delate the safe area contour and the captions from the design. These elements cannot be embedded in your final pdf print file.
