TRANSPORT TROLLEYS I CLOSED ALUMINIUM TRANSPORT TROLLEYS WÓZKI TRANSPORTOWE I ZAMYKANY ALUMINIOWY WÓZEK TRANSPORTOWY ALUMINIUM TRANSPORT TROLLEYS These trolleys can be used to transport medical devices in modular containers and baskets. ALUMINIOWE WÓZKI TRANSPORTOWE Te wózki są przystosowane do przewożenia medycznych materiałów w zamkniętych pojemnikach i koszach. ALUMINIUM TRANSPORT TROLLEYS. MODULAR CLOSED TRANSPORT TROLLEYS These ISO-norm 600x400mm and 300x400mm closed aluminium transport trolleys are made according to the Euronorm standard. The body of the trolley consists of a light but solid aluminium plate. All aluminium parts are anodised. The body is mounted onto a steel frame with a polyester powder coating. The trolley features four 160mm diameter Tente® wheels in grey, non-marking rubber, fitted with precision ball bearings (two fixed wheels and two castors). The rails are made of nylon and slide into a vertical aluminium profile. The rails and the aluminium profile (rails-ladders) are easily detachable which facilitates the thorough cleaning of the transport trolley. At the moment of production, the distance between the rails can be adjusted upon the customer’s request (standard distance: 110mm). The doors open 270°. When open, they can be secured to the side with a magnet. The trolley was designed with special attention to the ergonomic and hygienic aspects. A synthetic bumper is mounted around the frame. The combination of U and L-profiles makes it possible to transport any kind of Euronorm basket and container on the trolleys. ALUMINIOWE WÓZKI TRANSPORTOWE. MODUŁOWE ZAMYKANE WÓZKI TRANSPORTOWE Aluminiowe wózki transportowe o wymiarach 600 x 400 mm i 300 x 400 mm są produkowane w standardzie EURONORM. Obudowa wózka zrobiona jest z lekkiej i wytrzymałej blachy aluminiowej. Wszystkie części aluminiowe są anodowane. Szkielet wózka jest zrobiony z kształtowników stalowych zabezpieczonych Poliestrem. Wózek posiada cztery koła o średnicy 160 mm z nie brudzącą powłoką, ułożyskowane. (dwa koła skrętne dwa stałe). Szyny są zrobione z Nylonu i montowane do pionowych profili aluminiowych. Szyny i profile można łatwo zdemontować co ułatwia czyszczenie wózka. Odległość szyn może być dostosowana do potrzeb klienta (Standardowo 110 mm). Kąt otwarcia drzwi wynosi 270°, a po otwarciu drzwi są zabezpieczone magnesem do obudowy wózka. Wózek był zaprojektowany z uwzględnieniem higienicznych i ergonomicznych aspektów. Wózek jest zabezpieczony dookoła syntetycznym zderzakiem.
