After the child is admitted to International Preschool of Gdansk/Międzynarodowe Przedszkole w Gdańsku, parents (legal guardians)
are obliged to pay a required entrance fee. Both sides are obliged to comply with the Statue of International Preschool of
Gdansk/Międzynarodowe Przedszkole w Gdańsku, International School of Gdansk and the Tuition Regulations of International School
of Gdansk.
The person completing this form is asked to inform the school administrators about restrictions or revocation of parental rights of either
parent.
