Hotel reservation
Hotel reservation has to be done directly at Hotel Legoland. Please send the Attended Hotel Reservation
form to [email protected]. The form is available on the conference webpage.
Conference fee and conditions
Fees include the participation to the two-days conference, a participant folder, technical tour, coffee breaks, lunches and
dinner. It does not include neither transportation to and in Billund nor accommodation.
Registration after the deadline (7 September) will be charged with +30% handling fees.
Withdrawal: In case of withdrawal of the registration until 14 days before the beginning of the conference, we will charge
a handling fee of 50€. In case of withdrawal later than that, we will charge the full participation fee. The nomination of a
substitute is free of charge.
